Very slow because the managers are more busy with personal conversations and blasting music than managing their kitchen correctly making 1 person do grills and fryer station instead of 1 person on each station, the store doesnt get enough business for the food initiator to need a wrapper which the initiator should be able to do just fine since "Paul" likes to talk a big game about how good he is at his job and his 15 years but cries if he has to wrap the food after making it which takes 20 seconds to do altogether but wants to complain that he doesn't have meat or nuggets because he lacks the mental capacity to understand thats gonna happen when you choose to be lazy and make someone do 2 whole stations that is almost impossible to keep up with due to their constant demand for food to be cooked which takes time. If they had 1 person on grill and 1 person on the fryers like theyre supposed to, food would be out faster. And when drive thru is taking too long because theyre training and theres a long line, the managers let it happen instead of stepping in or sending someone with more experience to get the line moving. This store needs serious visitation from corporate and find competent managers that know how to properly run a fast work environment. Store needs to be wider cause its very cramped work area which is a safety hazard when working around grills and fryers. Theres no need to have that much parking space that never gets filled. The fridge is too small leading to overstock and longer time to get extra food supplies due to having to move and organize stuff out of the way to get to it leading to longer wait times for the customer to get...

UPDATE: Friday February 28, 2020 Long But A BEAUTIFUL Ending:
McDonalds. 2600 S Gregg St. Big Spring, TX 79720
A true story of:
Love and a Little Boys Happy Meal:
My 4 year old grandson Carter Richard Riley (Smiley 😃) who lives in Big Spring Texas loves his Happy Meals so much that he went through his 2nd surgery early this morning Friday February 28, 2020 of tube re-placement in both ears.
After his surgery crying in pain and scared my son by his side holding him and comforting him had to Smile real big 😃.
"My son said Carter looked up at him tears flowing down his face and said: He's still crying but now FOR McDonald’s 😂 he wants his Happy Meal".
At that moment we all knew EVERYTHING IS AND WILL BE JUST FINE!!! A very good sign 💘 "A little boys true love for his Happy Meal".
I know all children little and big love McDonald's Happy Meals...BUT I personally wanted you to know that you have a "TRUE LOVER...A LITTLE BOY 👦 in Big Spring Texas that (him and his big brother Codie 6 years old) ABSOULETY LOVE THEIR HAPPY MEALS".
Thank you for allowing me to express my grandsons surgery experience with Ronald McDonald and Thank you for making a little boy and his Happy Meal just a little LESS PAINFUL and a lot more HAPPY AND SMILING 😃".
A Little Boys Love for his Happy Meal from McDonalds..."to the point he would not eat ANYTHING"... He waited till after 10:30 am (home at 9:30 am) so that he could get his Very Own Happy Meal 💘
Lol 😂...
Read moreGot to drive thru after hauling stuff into my car since I'm moving. Got to first menu to see what they had and NONE of the items were listed as out of stock or "be back soon". Pull up to the actual microphone to place an order and almost ALL of the drinks and deserts I thought about getting if they didn't have the first thing I wanted were all either out of stock or "be back soon". Whatever.
First words out of the cashiers mouth are "we have no change so if you're paying with cash it has to be exact change." I've worked in the restaurant business for almost seven years now and that's only acceptable at certain places where someone who's in charge of accounting or money handling from corporate comes by, picks up the deposits from each day, and breaks change. Zero possible way a MCDONALDS is out of change when I've worked at this location and the one across town. Both have massive vaults filled with cash for not only breaking change but it has change from the deposits THE CASHIERS HAVE TO GIVE MANAGMENT EVERY NIGHT. Y'know what. Whatever.
Then I pull up to the window, employees swap positions, some girl opens the window and goes "I need your receipt." FOR WHAT. To cover your own ass since i can't prove my burger was made wrong with no receipt if you guys made it wrong or left something out with no receipt. Never got it back even when my order was handed to me. I just snatched my order out of that little girls hands and sped off....
