Dunkin' — Restaurant in Billerica

If I could give zero stars I would. I pre ordered a box of joe- 25 minutes in advance knowing it takes a lot of coffee and time. I got there, no coffee started. The girl behind the register kept ringing up new walk ins, totally ignoring me. Finally another person asked what I was waiting for. When I responded a box of joe, she put her hand on her hip and exclaimed, "You're just going to have to wait, we are short handed." Mean while register girl is making coffees for all the new walk ins. I explained I ordered now, 30 mins ago, and had to be at a celebration of life. “Well, we're short handed.” She wouldn't help me figure out how to cancel and get a refund. Register girl yells, "I'm not doing this today! I don't care if she hears me!!" I told her I could here her and maybe she should look into another line of work if customer satisfaction wasn't her thing. Finally the original girl who told me I just had to wait started my coffee exclaiming she had to use all the coffee, register girl got mad and said she just made it! Yay, my coffee was fresh. No sugar available but plenty of attitude! I left telling them that maybe they should turn off online ordering to get caught up. This is my 2nd altercation with a pre order here, apparently, according to other customers waiting, this place is known for being slow while dishing out major attitude!...

Probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts store ever. I have witnessed the manager yell at a new employee in front of a line of customers (why are you training a new employee during prime morning hours??). I had to go into the store a few weeks ago because every order I placed that week was wrong. Even after I asked for them to check the order to make sure it was right - it was wrong. How on earth do you mix up coconut milk with cream? I finally went in on a Friday after work because I was still so pissed about the mix ups all week. Manager gave me some excuse that he had to fire the previous staff and is now training a new staff. He gave me a free coffee. I should have received 5 free coffees and 5 free muffins since that is exactly how many times they got my order...

Everytime i come here they are out of something. but i am patient. however today i ask for a bagel wit extra cream cheese on it. they give me a a bagel with no cream cheese and asmall thing on the side even after i paid extra. luckily i checked and requested it again. i even heard the girl specificy i wanted it on it and to put extra. what does she do? puts less cream cheese than even comes in a to go one and its old enough to the point its hardened yellow cream cheese and my bagel is cold and chewy and stale. I had to scrape off the cream cheese and use my own after paying for extra! Only reason i did not go back and complain was because im at work when i saw it. Worst Dunkins I have ever...
