I went through the drive-through, placed my order. It was pretty quick. I had ordered 2- 2pc meals I was supposed to have two chicken thighs in one, and a breast & a leg in the other. But when I got home & we opened the boxes, one had two chicken breasts, and the other box had two tiny little wings. Initially, my husband and I laughed at the thought of those two tiny little chicken wings being a meal and then I was upset. I did not pay $10 or whatever the amount was for a meal with two dinky little chicken wings. I went all the way from Lowell to Billerica and I was not about to go back. The person who took my order had an accent I don’t know if their English was very good, but I gave my order very clearly, when I picked up my order at the window, they were able to tell me the price and everything OK, I usually always check my orders and I did not this day because I figured it was a simple order. This is not the first time this happened to me at this KFC. So if you go there and you go through the drive-through, please check your order before you leave. Read moreFirst and LAST time I will eat from this place. Ordered online and drove 20 minutes (because it was the closest to my work) to pick it up for myself and my coworkers. Got there, had to remind the kid at the front that I had ordered drinks, and no tray was given to carry them all. Got back to work and discovered that two of the orders didn't have the full combo (forgot the cookies) and the dipping sauce that was ordered wasn't there. On top of that one part of the order was missing completely. When I called to see what could be done (their website advertises that they deliver) the manager refused to send someone with the missing food and tried to make refunding our money as complicated as possible. Doors locked, dining room closed. I called on the phone, goes to voicemail, tried about about 4 times, busy busy busy (off the hook?). Finally I call the 888# that came with the confirmation. Tells me I have to go through the 15 car line drive thru. Finally get up to the drive up window, no apology, nothing. When I ask why they even have that online pick up spot he tells me "we are short staffed". What difference does that make?
