My wife and I dine often at the Shiloh Hokkaido, so that is my reference point. I have rated the Shiloh Hokkaido to be 5 Stars, for many reasons. The food is excellent, spicy at a proper amount. Service is very good full service. Wine and beer are available. It has typical but modest restaurant seating. The Heights Hokkaido is totally different. TOTALLY. Food quality is poor. We had several items - Bozeman Roll, edamame, harumaki, gyoza. None were tasty, maybe the edamame. The interior is much like a fast food eatery. Orders are placed at the register. There is no beer or wine. But yet, the menu items were as expensive as that of the Shiloh location.

I'll come here for Boba Tea any day. Brown Sugar Boba was great. Admittedly, I felt the ramen was very... Bland. It wasn't anything special. I got the Garlic Ramen, and it was rather bland. It was filling, but I just felt like the ramen had no flavor and it certainly didn't taste anything close to garlic.. I like that they gave 1 full egg compared to places I've been in other states that only give 1-half egg. The bamboo shoots were a good touch, I liked that. And the way they cut the green onions are different and easier to consume with chopsticks. I think the cut of pork is more pork chop than pork belly, so I'm not sure if that affected the flavor.

Myself and my wife came here for dinner one night to spice things up. We made an hour and forty minute drive from Wyoming to try some genuine ramen. And BOY did this place not disappoint. My wife had the tonkotsu Ramen (pork) and it was DELICIOUS! We also had the Volcano sushi roll, gyoza, and pork bun sandwich. Everything was spot on what we expected quality wise. The service was stellar and Hunter more then made sure that customers were being served on top of taking his online orders. That man was truely a one man chef crew! If you want quality ramen and Japanese cuisine, I highly reccomend Hokkaido Ramen House 😋!

Just came at 19:20. The cashier didn't say anything when I come in, no welcome or even ask me for here or togo. He just stand inside the counter and looked at me with a tired face. After waiting for just a word "hello", but didn't get it, then I asked him if the restaurant is open, he just say "yea", Lol. Okay fine, I just leave if that make him happy :)). Update to the respond of owner: All you need to do is training him how to say "HELLO" to customer. If your camera can record the voice, you can check back if he say anything to customer when we walking. The restaurant was empty of customer at the time we came, so do not apologize us because the reason is shortage. We leave because we felt he's not welcome us to eat at his restaurant. We will come to the counter if he just say "hello" to us. Anyway, there are still many restaurant out there, and we come to buy the food, not come for free food. So, please don't treat us like you will give me...

Would not recommend, maybe for pickup but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We read the reviews and decided to go anyways and I regret it the waitresses talked and laughed about my family and gave my 10 mo baby nasty looks because he was smiling at her and then continued to ignore me and talk and laugh about my family to her coworkers, the food took about an hr to get and was very bland and some of it was underdone and on top of that the place was so unhygienic none of the tables were clean, we had to clear our own tables and ask for for a rag to wipe them down, and the floor was covered in other peoples food, and me and my family didn't even end up eating our food because I was worried about how unhygienic the place was, In conclusion if you are debating on going to the hokkaido restaurant in the heights I would not recommend it and I will not be going back I have never felt so uncomfortable at...

Decided to take my cousin out for lunch and this was our stop. I prefer the Shilo location, but was closer to this one.

Came in around 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 4th

The guy taking orders made me beyond uncomfortable, commenting on my million dollar smile, giving looks, and even later insinuating I call him (due to the scream hoodie with the phrase I was wearing, he made a motion of a phone with a huge smile on his face)

My cousin felt very off about the atmosphere, but we unfortunately stayed. We got our food and it was really lacking in flavor, and a bit cold but I could look past that.

(Vomit warning here)

After leaving I was given a 6 hour period where I felt fine. Then all of a sudden my face started to numb and puff up, I couldn't stop throwing up and my stomach hurts so bad

I won't be back to this location ever again, I feel...
