2/14/24 @9:30am I put in a pick up order for two drinks and a food item and the coffee drink of the two was made with regular espresso instead of blonde, my husband picked up said order and he said something to the barista and she remade the drink but it still didn’t taste right but he left cause they where super busy, so I called the store and asked to speak to a shift or manager, I was immediately greeted with rudeness from the manager Lindsay.. I began to tell her exactly what the problem was, she cut me off once I said the drinks where darker in color and then said after scoffing at me on the phone “the espresso doesn’t change the color of the drink, maybe the shots aren’t pulling right I don’t know” so I chimed back in by saying I know for a fact it changes the color and taste cause I also use to be a Starbucks barista and she’s being very rude, then she tried to argue with me on the phone so I said I was going to call another store since she wants to be so rude, I called another store and told them what just happened and they apologized for her absolutely unprofessional behavior and that this isn’t how Starbucks wants them to handle things, 0/10 don’t recommend 406 Maine st for any kind of business as long as Lindsay is the manger.

That was understandable, being morning and slammed between the drive through and pickup orders. Was told my drinks were being “made” and sorry for the wait. I waited for them to come up. Got impatient and went through the 20 drinks left on the counter to find ours had already been made and in the mix of many. My name nor any of the 20 other drinks were called out -EVER- when they set them down the entire 30 minutes I was standing there. Customers had to go up to ask about who’s drinks were who’s and not wanting to touch the drinks that weren’t theirs. Read moreI recently discovered a drink I really enjoy but it’s a custom drink which can always be risky to have made. Today my husband brought my coffee home but it wasn’t made correctly. I reluctantly called to see if they could fix it for me because I’m a new mom who desperately needed some caffeine today! They were very nice and let me come back so they could make the correct drink. Being in management, I know how important it is to have good customer service and I didn’t feel like an inconvenience asking for what I needed. With how short staffed everywhere is these days it can be hard to find a consistently good business but this place hasn’t disappointed.
