Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Billings

I walked in with my small dog (he’s all of 4lbs) who is trained, socialised, and a service animal. The door wasn’t even closed when the woman behind the counter told me to leave. No “hello”, no “how are you?” She just dismissed me and walked off before I could tell her he is a Service Animal.

She was rude as hell. Even if my dog wasn’t a service animal, there’s kinder, more polite ways to tell someone they can’t bring their dog inside.

Wow, I have much good to say about this place. The youthful staff there are professional--very quick at customer service. The menu--many beverages on the menu and over 25 various of ice creams to include sherberts & dairy based creams. As a tremendous ice cream fan--I can't help myself but say I love this place. Stopped in here for the first time yesterday for my daughter's third birthday treat. The ladies working were very friendly, I had asked about dye-free options and she was unaware if it was available.
