I give this location a one star. When I ordered I was told 1 hour or less. I had to call for updates. Three hours later I received my pizza I ordered.
I highly recommend ordering from another location or pizza place as this location is not honest about being busy in which would give the customer a better informed decision to order food.
It took their delivery driver who was the only honest person to tell me why my order took three hours to receive.
I asked if they offered a discount. I was denied. Needless to say I will not be ordering or eating domino's pizza at any location for a while. I do travel across America for work I'll be looking for something but domino's due to this event.
Very very poor customer service. Everytime I called, I was placed on hold which to be picked up by the same person who couldn't be up front about how busy they were that day. I was told everytime 30 minutes to an hour.
I recommend not ordering at domino's as they are too busy to be honest without a reasonable discount for the wait.
Also the person taking my order I had to ask for the total. The total should be stated after the customer has completed the order. Knowing the deals is also important which the person taking the order did not know and tried selling me something I didn't ask for. When ordering I asked what toppings are available for the order in which again I was not told the toppings available for the order I ordered but tried to sell me toppings that would cost extra which I never asked.
Very poor training from management and owner. Please stop and listen to each customer. Slow down. You may be busy however, there is nothing wrong with directing customers to other domino's that are in fact within 2 to 3 miles from the Broadway location.
Also, updates on how late the delivery will take may help as well. It's better to be honest and transparent than to lose customers with such...
Read moreNot only was the specific employee I dealt with very rude, but I called at 6:11 pm and placed an order for carry out & was told it would be ready in 30-35 min. I arrived at 6:52 (41 minutes after placing my order.) I went to pay using a $100 bill and was told they cant accept it; so I had to drive to a nearby gas station to get smaller bills. A little annoying but no big deal. When I get back at 7:02, now a total of 51 minutes after placing my order & 16 minutes after the amount of time I was told my order would be ready, I go inside to pay again and I am expecting my order to be ready but I'm told its not quite ready and will be out momentarily. I go and sit in my car and roughly 5 min later the same rude employee comes out to tell me it's going to be 35-40 minutes before my order is ready. Ive never worked at a pizza place but my assumption is my order wasnt even started until I paid for it even though I ordered ahead just under an hour before at this point. Since I'm not going to drive 15 minutes to get home just to turn around and drive back im forced to sit and wait for another half hour or more. I do understand its Friday evening and they are busy, but this experience seems beyond ridiculous to me and I cant imagine anyone else that ordered carryout and was told it would be ready in 30-35 min ended up waiting just over an hour and a half to receive their order. And I personally would at least expect decent customer service with all of this going on but the employee i dealt with was still rude the entire time when I was nothing but pleasant even despite my definite irritation at this point. Definitely wont be coming back to this location. Ive never written a review for any type of restaurant before but after this I definitely felt...
Read moreDOMINOS PIZZA, A place i have supported for decades. All across this great nation of ours, I’ve eaten at them all. I have been fairly loyal to Dominos. Dominos here in billings Montana claims it wants to give back to the community. Tonight I was in their parking lot in the rear by the dumpster completely out of anyone’s way. I was using my phone. I hadn’t been there 3 minutes when I assume it was the manager who walked up to my car and told me and I quote “You can’t park here, you have to leave” I said ok I’ll leave, started my car and left. This is exactly how you give back to the community especially those of us living in our cars who might be hungry and have pets and just want a bite to eat: dominos throws entire uneaten pizzas in their dumpsters: I’ve seen as many as 9 or 10 pizzas thrown away. I think it’s pretty unfortunate my current status dictates an unused parking spot in the rear of dominos by the dumpster is very unlikely: you will be asked to leave. Me personally if I were the manager i would have walked to my car with a pizza and offered it to the homeless man and his beloved beagle. That would be giving back to the community. But that’s the world we live in today and rather than be kind and offer to help someone we tell them to leave “you can’t park here”: I am 53 and recently laid off from Halliburton. Going through a bit of a struggle but it will all work out. DOMINOS PIZZA IM...
