Jimmy John's used to do good they need to do better I ordered the new hot ultimate Italian he didn't put the ham or the parmesan cheese on my sandwich only the capicola salami bacon and provolone they acted like you were asking them to make something difficult I asked for extra mayo which they did not put on so I just grabbed a couple extra mail packets no big deal then I ordered it to go the guy slammed my sandwich on top of the counter and said there you go didn't ask if I needed a bag or wanted a bag or then when I did he just threw the bag at me so we'll have a good day he said you too horrible customer service and you would think for a $15 sandwich they wouldn't short you on the meat and cheese that is supposed to be on it and be rude to you especially when...

This shop is just up the street from our friend’s place. It took over 20 minutes to get our order for 4. It was hardly “freaky fast”. I ordered the tuna which I ordered frequently in Kalispell, MT. The tuna was always freshly made daily with a great flavor. Not this one. There was no flavor. The freshness was questionable.
