Not only did my husband and I have our wedding here, we also visited Ciccone outside of our wedding day various times. The staff are so very kind & knowledgeable. The wine is delicious (my personal favorite is the Gewürztraminer). The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. And the vineyard is quite possibly one of the most beautiful places in the Leelanau peninsula- extremely picturesque views of the vineyard, bay, rolling hills, and beautiful landscaping.

Our experience with Janell and Laren were top-notch. I will be sure to write a more in depth review on their wedding services on TheKnot.com, but wanted to be sure to also highlight it here as well for anyone looking.

From the first phone call and tour, to post-wedding communication, we were treated with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. Choosing Ciccone for our wedding was by-far the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. They didn't treat us just like any other couple, they treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend a visit at...

Staff was rude and don’t appear to even like where they work. We showed up at 5:30 which is last call which we were fine with, we decided we wanted to just pop in and see the place. Instead of greeting us, one of the women just said ´we’re closing.’ I explained we just wanted to see inside and my aunt mentioned ‘we came all the way up from Florida for her (my) 21st.’ Another woman working said ´you came all that way just for this?’ in the most annoyed tone. Someone sarcastically asked whose birthday it was (my mom and two aunts there are 55+). I also want to note it appears that people have been notating the rude staff for 7 years even though they claim to discuss this with them. Not a good business. I do not recommend supporting in any capacity. PS I will keep tabs to see if they delete my review because I suspect that...

Me and My Wife were excited to give this place a try. We really enjoy wineries. Have probably visited 30-35 of them in the last year. We were both very disappointed though. You can't do tastings which we don't see very often maybe once or twice in the last year. You can only do by the glass or Flights. They have 2 styles of Flights one where your 4 wines are pre-selected or one where you can choose your 4 wines. The difference is $7 which seemed a bit much of a difference. We still decided to go with the choose your own option. After about a 10min wait and the server not coming back we could see her just standing at the bar we went up with our card for our order. Of the 4 wines we tried one of them was on the pre-selected list we didn't really like any of them. Between the 2 of us we didn't...

We (Ali and Mykola) really like this place. This was our third visit. Great service! Very friendly and willing to help us find wines and picking out selections. The tasting was wonderful and then we enjoyed a glass of wine outside and of course, we bought many bottles. Selection of Dry Wine just perfect. Not too many but at this point, you will make a right choice. Malbec 2017, Starboard 2016, Dolcetto 2017 the Best one. I wish Mr. Ciccone will make some sweet wine too. Maybe Moscato? The wines here were much better than others in the area. Definitely, recommend visiting here. Very nicely priced great wine and atmosphere to taste it, this place is worth finding. Want to save some money join Wine Club and get discount. We will be back sometime in spring to get more wine.

We chose Ciccone Winery as the venue for our August 2019 wedding. The location is ideal as it sits right off of M-22, halfway between Traverse City and Sutton’s Bay. Their rustic barn was perfect for the evenings dancing and entertainment. The views of the vineyard and West Grand Traverse Bay were breathtaking, making an awesome backdrop to our beautiful day. Last, but not least, the staff and wedding coordinator did an excellent job of organizing the days events and making us feel extra special. We highly recommend Ciccone Winery if you are interested in a Leelanau Peninsula wedding experience.
