I had a great experience at Rita’s Water Ice thanks to an outstanding employee named Logan. I was in a rush and needed a large order—something that usually requires 48 hours’ notice. Logan didn’t hesitate for a second. He was more than happy to help, handled everything smoothly, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. Waited in line at 8:25pm and then proceeded to ask for a mudslide concrete to then be told that the machine was down for the night. I then asked if it was possible to make a milkshake and was informed that she would need to take all of the items back out in order to make a milkshake. I felt like I was an inconvenience and unable to be served with plenty of time before the expected closing time. I felt as though it was an inconvenience for me to order something off of the menu and will not be returning...
