I ordered my food over the phone. They charged my card. When I got there they would not give me my food. They tried to make me swipe my card again saying they didn’t see the payment go through. I showed them where the charge was taken off my card they still wouldn’t give me my food. She then said when the first charge clears they would reimburse me the second charge. Or give her some type of collateral to hold until the charge clears. I said no. I will always have cash at this place moving forward. Do not call in your order and pay with your debit card or this will happen. Went there Wednesday 11/22/23 charge still pending in my bank today 11/25/23. My transaction cleared my bank on 11/26. I called them on 11/27 they still saying it did not go through and clearly it has. I will never...

Food is great as usual but to many guys hanging around the building you really don’t feel safe the service sucks at times like tonight on 1-6-24 830pm the girl has a terrible attitude because I asked how’s long it works be before my food was ready if they can get rid of the attitudes at the window it would be a perfect quick spot to eat

I eat here regularly! My favorite foods here are the honey-mustard and honey-barbecue flavored wings and the Philly cheesesteak burgers with fries - the fries are absolutely the best anywhere in Birmingham! The service is great. They believe in pleasing the customers. Considering the location, it's still a nice atmosphere - every customer have one thing in common: they want this good food!!!
