Burger King — Restaurant in Birmingham

I must point out that I did not try the food so I can't give an opinion either way in that regard. However, the reason I did not try the food was because I happened to use the restroom upon entering the restaurant. As I'm going into the restroom the first thing I noticed is the horrible stench that fills the room! It was almost to the point of being unbearable and if I hadn't felt such an urge to relieve myself I would have turned around and walked out. What appeared to be urine covered almost the entire floor. Although I'm sure some of it was water, judging from the stench the majority of the liquid had to be urine. There was no soap in the dispensers, no paper towels or hand dryer available, and the sink, urinals, and toilets were filthy! I don't know about other people but if I find a restaurant's bathroom in such disgusting disarray, I will not be eating at that particular establishment. When I exited the restroom I noticed the lobby was also in total disarray. I would have to estimate that about half of the boost and tables are covered in leftover food, napkins, and other assorted trash. This was my first visit to this particular restaurant so I can't testify as to whether or not it stays in this shape on a regular basis but having visited this one time and finding what I did I will not be returning for a second visit....

I went today around 4:00pm through drive thru. Set at speaker for about 20minutes in the first lane. No one ever answered the speaker. So I assume it was not working to drive around. I had seen the car in front of me drive around and was sitting for a good while at the window until they was handed their food. Got to the window 8 minutes later to a black girl with glasses and blond/gold hair hanging to ask me what did I order. I told her what had happened and she said sorry but my manager is not going to let me take your order at the window. I ask her what was the number to corporate. She said I don’t know. I then asked the manager’s name. She said Brittney. I ask for Brittney. Another lady standing near I ask her for Brittney. She replied: I’m Brittney. Do you know me? I said are you the manager. She said yes then proceeded to fuss at the cashier about giving me her name. Stating I don’t have nothing to do with that don’t put my name in it and walked off being smart mouthed. just came on. I ask the girl who was the manager on duty she then said Keisha. I asked for Keisha but never saw her. Finally the cashier slammed the window back and said what do you want with a bad attitude. I ordered a whopper jr with no onions. Brittney brought it to the window. I will never spend...

The absolute worst customer service experience in history. Nasty uncouth attitude and behavior black female working the window at 2:43 pm Saturday, June 29th, 2024, finally took my order after I was in line for over 20 minutes and only 3 cars. Then asked me to pull around to the front of the store and I still didn't get my food until 15 minutes extra, while walking away she said "you better be glad I was in a good mood". If it wasn't for the food my husband wanted after having major surgery. I would never ever have waisted my time at this place... Why is she there and who is she related to, to work in a business environment around food, with this attitude. The management needs to be checked. There are too many people looking for jobs who want to work and who have better customer service skills than people having to deal with foolish...
