The Prive — Restaurant in Birmingham

The bartender on the bar side was TRASH! Absolute! It was my first time seeing her there but she is the reason for the review. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes before she said a word. Slow moving and totally disinterested. 🤢

If the bar on the club side wasn't open I would have left after that first drink.

Customer service is not really a thing in black owned businesses!

They don't act like they are happy you are there...they act as if we are supposed/have to be there.

Sick of it and would rather not spend my money there. unfortunately you're going to get the same service at every strip club on the west side.

The food was amazing… this is the best shrimp and grits I’ve had in Birmingham. It’s reasonable too unless your ordering a drink. I asked for a apple crown and cranberry which was only ten dollars, which I thought was a deal until she gave me a Mouthwash sized cup and it still had ice??? I wish I was exaggerating… I didn’t even want to stay after that… I would only recommend...

Went to 2 different locations before visiting Prive/Palace. You get entry to the restaurant for free and the club in back for $10. Security will check you before entering and parking spaces were nice.
