Aww Shucks LLC — Restaurant in Birmingham

!!BEWARE!! Horrible experience. Ordered $50 worth of food only to be told we to drive 45 minutes to Hoover instead of the location given. That's ridiculous, so I asked for a refund. Called the number on the website and the man that answered was exceedingly rude and unhelpful. He yelled at me and then hung up on me. Over 2 weeks later and the refund has not been processed. Trying to get in contact with the business again was it's own headache entirely. Apparently they expect you to chase their food truck around Alabama to relieve a refund. Horrible business ethics and a terrible business practice. I will never be returning to this business after being treated like trash and stolen from. Do not recommend EVER going here, unless you are looking for a 2+ week headache, miserable experience, and an empty stomach.

Also, Philip- stop treating people like trash. Upon reading other reviews, this is not an abnormal issue you have. Fix it. Do better. Stop being a menace to your customers. And stop harassing me for trying to let you know that your website is all sorts of messed up. Take the criticism, fix it, treat people better. Awful to see a 'local' business treat its customers this way. Enjoy Birmingham while you're here, because it won't be long.

This response continues to put customers at blame for the business's faults and mistakes. I was not ill informed, you simply do not know how to run a business or be a decent person. As I have stated, this has been the absolute worst customer servive experience I have ever received, local businesses especially. I was stolen from and mistreated. I will never support business like this. I hope you have the day you deserve. Again, please leave me alone. I'm tired of the harassment and I can not believe you think treating people like this is okay. Just stop. I will never be back, please leave alone so I can forget this...

Well this was hard to select just one reason why they are 5 stars especially seeing how everytime I order a variety ( no less than 10 ears of multiple flavors)

The creamy lemon pepper is the perfect mix and has just the right about of lemon pepper! If you like lemon pepper wings- CANT go wrong!

Garlic Herb Parm- I mean garlic...parmesan... NEED I SAY MORE?!

I love some spice so Buffalo Ranch, Buffalo lemon pepper- SOOOOO GOOD!

BBQ Ranch- so one day I'm pretty sure I was given this by mistake but it WAS PLEASANTLY surprising! The mix of sweet and tangy bbq and ranch was amazing.

Mexican street corn is not overpowering but good.

Tony's Teriyaki- ok now hear me out...BOMB!!! Its got the perfect salt, tangy flavor you are looking for. If you are a Teriyaki person- ITS A GO FOR SURE!

Rosemary lemon is a good reminder of grandmas seasonings.

Nashville Hot- this was first go at this one recently...WILL BE ON MY LIST EVERYTIME FROM HERE ON OUT! It has a nice spicy flavor but not too hot, a slight sweet twist and tang. It will leave you licking your fingers.

Nacho- NOW HOLD ON CAUSE IT TAKE JUST LIKE A TACO LOL. Soooo delicious!!

Poor customer service. Didn’t receive my order after hr wait and was then accused of taking my order (that I didn’t get) to the car (;stealing) and then trying to get another one. I still had my ticket. I thought no food is passed out without presenting the ticket. The owner was rude and even asked to come to car where my kids were to check for corn. I politely invited him to take a look and he then proceeded to tell me he was no corn police! I was so embarrassed, hurt and taken aback by the claims. I am a chef of 26 yrs s well as a small business owner myself. He told me he doesn’t make mistakes and he made it already and refused for about 30 mins to give my money back. Everyone makes mistakes and one was definitely made today. It’s not my responsibility to figure what mistake was made because I really didn’t know and couldn’t understand why I was being treated like this. Female owner finally gave it back but the damage was done by the . I will never visit this place again and encourage others to hold them accountable for these actions.I.
