Birmingham Daiquiris LLC — Restaurant in Birmingham

The daquiris are very good but the customer service needs work. A friend & I came in to have a drink and sit out on the patio area. It started to drizzle just a little bit & the workers came and let the umbrellas down and said they can't be up when it rains! How backwards! The umbrellas get wet whether they are up or down and it wasn't like it was pouring it was merely a few drops here & there. So why have the umbrellas if they cannot be used?! Instead of accommodating us after we have patronized your business you'd rather us sit there and get wet. I had to literally hold up my own umbrella for a few minutes until it stopped. I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate...bad customer service. I've been here many times before but this rubbed me...

In my opinion this is the Best place for Daiquiri’s in my city Birmingham,Al !! No bad vibes or weird energy just delicious, well crafted drinks. You will barely taste the alcohol which is good for me because I’m a lightweight who doesn’t like a strong tasting drink . As a really introverted person this place made me feel welcome...
