My husband picked up a order last night the meal was supposed to be chicken tenders fries and mashed potatoes he did not check the bag when he got home it was four pieces of chicken legs and two biscuits I took it back down there and I went to the door and the young lady with a ponytail on top of her head with two toned colors looked at me and turned her head. I waited for her to look again, she threw her hands up telling me to go through the drive-thru I said so I have to go to the drive-thru to get my right order and she said yes , so I did I get to the drive-thru window I’m still waiting and I see the same girl taking an order to a car that was waiting on the side , she was very rude to them as well , she threw her hands up like Idk, I’m sure they asked her something and she threw up the I don’t know and turned around and slowly walked back inside like she did not want to be there . finally when the manager came to the window I asked her about the girl and I just told her how rude she was and bad customer service and what had happened. The manager told me she would have let me in and she would have gave me the right order and she does apologize which I do appreciate. other than that the manager made sure everything was great in my bag and she apologized And she said she will talk to the The girl. Customer service is always number one in my book , you never know when anyone is having a bad day if you don’t want to work there go find something you love to do ! I like to put a smile on peoples face as well as me going somewhere to get the same feedback , poor customer service makes...
Read moreWorst fast food experience I have had in a long time. Valerie H was working the register and the manager was up front doing Door Dash orders. First while the manager was doing DD orders, as manager it's her responsibility to be aware of what is going on. The line was out the door. Valerie let people cut from the back of the line and she took their orders. A loud argument ensued between patrons because everyone is on their lunch. Could have been avoided if either Valerie or the manager had told these people they could not cut in line. By the time I got to the counter a very seemingly frustrated Valerie was just asking "What chu want?". This is not a proper customer greeting. Again manager should have corrected. Valerie H either needs more training or she needs to be sent home.
I ordered an 8 piece mixed. I heard the guy filling my order say "these biscuits on this side are not done" and I saw him turn the pan around. Maybe the oven is in disrepair? I ordered a pepper pack. The guy that filled the order proceeded to put individually wrapped peppers in my bag. I told him no, I ordered and had paid for the pepper pack in the cup. Attitude...he snatches the individually wrapped peppers out of my bag and Valerie sighs and throws the pepper pack in my bag. I leave and I am glad to leave and will never return to this crappy excuse for a Church's chicken. Home with chicken. Chicken was overly floured and semi dry. Read moreToday is January 24th I went to churches tonight had to wait in line for 30 minutes when I got to the window the older person, that was the night manager.She was very nice .But the younger lady there was very rude to her and disrespectful to her and the customers. She had a customer inside and the older lady was serving the drive-thru window.She asked the younger lady to come up front to help the customer that was inside. She told the older lady why don't you help him and she said I'm working the window can you please come up front to and help the man that's inside.Then the young girl said .In front of the customer I think about it .I thought that was very rude and disrespectful and the way she talked to her the lady that was her night manager. No one should be that rude and disrespectful to anyone that works with . The night manager apologize to me for her rudeness.But I'm my opinion . That young girl, should be fired .I know there is a shortage with workers there but no one has to be subjected to that kind of verbal and mistreatment in front of the customers I would not go to this Church's anymore sincerely...
