First review ever on Google so you know this is not good. Firstly I'm local and have watched this place grow fast. I have brought and referred countless people here but that ends as of yesterday. You had 4 ladies working I showed up around 8am and you guys were not as busy as usual. I sat at the register for a solid 4 minutes and your main cashier (blonde girl) didn't even want to look at the people waiting to order. Instead she walked from the glass display case back to your hashbrown press doing nothing but trying to look busy(How hard is it to say I'll be right with you? Or I'm finishing something up and I'll be right there? Or even a Hello?). Literally going out of her way to not take the orders. Then I'm ordering and she doesn't even look at us just looking straight ahead trying to avoid eye contact and pushing the order into the system. It got even more bizarre when we wait for our food which was a normal wait but then she just puts the food on the counter and says crunch wrap all lightly. I asked 4 times did I order the hashbrown? She just walked around and didn't even say a word?! 5 minutes later she answers and says here's your hashbrown... Like what? Talk about a confusing and annoying way to spend your money early in the morning. I won't be back this is the third time getting bizarre service recently. I hope this gets corrected before someone unhinged is rubbed the wrong way early in...
Read moreIt was a sight for sore eyes to see coffee in the middle of nowhere, the sign stated lattes and such, i thought yay coffee. I was wrong!! I asked for a double espresso, bar basic to make an espresso. One i was charged $6.46 and was like whatever I'm in the middle of nowhere but It was God awful! The place was nice and new decor and it looked like a cute place to hang out, but they need all the help in terms of coffee!!!! Espresso was a dark roast by the taste but definitely not calibrated or even tested recently, especially for $8 including tip. You can go to resorts and pay $4 for an espresso. This was like you went to a gas station and asked for an espresso! If I was them I would search out for a proper barista or someone that knows how to calibrate the machine properly and can give the fundamentals of how a shot should taste and be pulled. I would also recommend buying espresso beans from a proper company there are several that will ship! They do use Torino syrups which is normal for commercial places. The place however was clean and had a fun atmosphere and cute outside bench but they need help! Someone please help them with...
