This food truck has a ton of potential. I stopped here on my way up 395 and was intrigued by the sourdough waffles. I showed up but alas there were no waffles available that day -- half of the menu wasn't available. The nice gentlemen behind the counter let me know that he was riding solo and wasn't able to prep much. No big deal. I got the grilled cheese and fries -- they were phenomenal. The cilantro dip on offer is good too and I highly recommend asking for it. It's a bit watery though (I'd mix it with a base like yogurt @owner).
While my experience was a bit of a bummer due to lack of options, I wouldn't hesitate to try it again. The small sample of what I had was so good that I can only imagine how good everything else is on the menu. I will revisit...
