How does being short staffed Constitute for a dining room closure? There not This is pure laziness ever since Covid. This was used now it’s used as an excuse because believe me, I count heads when I go through the drive-through and there’s more than enough people to have the dining area open( 4 people) not to mention at night not too many people go inside. I was at home busy cleaning up after our home renovations on our kitchen and really had no room to cook anything. I'm 7 months pregnant and was really hungry so I drove to the closest arby's, knowing they closed in 10 minutes, hoping to get service. Being in the food industry I know how frustrating last minute orders can be. I was very surprised at how friendly the man who took my order was and didnt make me feel like an inconvenience at all! Great food. I recommend the sliders. my one complaint is every time I go in the drive thru its very slow and takes forever to get through or they close early and dont say anything leaving us in line waiting on no one... That being said I understand the employee shortage and I have empathy for the short-handed hard working staff. You guys are rock stars!
