This has got to be by far the best Arby's experience I've ever had. Came during what I would normally consider the lunch rush during the 12:00 noon hour, and it was evident that the place was very busy in the drive-thru and in the dining room. You would think that it was a McDonald's based on how busy it was. There were plenty of staff on hand to take your order right away. I got my food in less than 5 minutes and the staff member even thanked me for my patience even though it only took 5 minutes. Very kind staff all around, and wild dining in I had an opportunity to overhear the kitchen staff working and am very impressed at how well they communicate on what everybody is working on and needs. I just stopped in for lunch on my way past town on the interstate. Felt like I was treated as if I were a local regular. If the owner is reading this, please give your lunch time shift workers a congratulations on how good of a job they are doing. They genuinely seemed to care about the experience of the customer and that makes all...
Read moreBlack River Falls: Stuck in drive-thru for 15 minutes for 5 classic roast beef. Car in front of us appeared to have complicated order. INSTEAD OF asking that car to pull forward or pull over to an empty space (plentiful) and thus fill the simpler orders and get the rest of us out of there, they left the line clogged up behind this one car. Saw two different cars behind us in line leave. Finally get to the window, ask the cashier, "What was the delay?" Her response: "I don't know." Incredulous, I pointed out, the employees in the restaurant were the experts doing the job, how could they not know?! She just kinda shrugged and offered no further comment. I pointed out that an efficient drive-thru would've moved the previous customer out of the way and thus moved the rest of the line on through and gotten myself and the others served in a timely manner. She literally just looked at me with most blank and vapid look. Appeared to me she couldn't process the thought. Not wanting to delay the other customers any...
Read moreIt took us over 40 minutes to order our food and drive away with it. We first pulled into the drive through at 411pm, we were greeted and asked to look at the menu and the person would be right back to take our order. After not hearing anything for 5 minutes we said hello twice, backed up and pulled up to the speaker again and were greeted again. We placed our order pulled ahead and waited patiently for the 2 cars in front of us to receive their food and then sat at the window for another few minutes. Finally someone came to confirm our order and take payment at 4:30 pm. We waited until 4:55pm for all of our food and drinks, received an automatic, but insincere apology for the wait. On top of that, of course the food wasn't very warm. This is completely unacceptable and we will never stop at this Arby's again. We thought it would be nice and quick with how small it was, but clearly it wasn't...
