I grew up in BRF and when i found out there was a dunkin I was excited, however I was let down by the atmosphere and the experience I had with the employees. My husband, my sister, and I went one day and when we pulled up we’re were the only one in the line. However, every time we would try to order something off the menu we got a “unfortunately we are out of (said item)” but they said it in a really rude tone. almost like they were mad at us. and note, there were no signs stating that they were out. after we felt with that. my sister and i got the same drink right? but they ended up being completely different. we were already upset that we didn’t get to eat because they said they were out of food, but what made me more upset is the one sandwich i did get for my husband was very poorly made. he could barely eat it. when we had went i tried to get a pup cup for my dog and some water because it was like 90° and humid out they said “unfortunately we can’t do that because we would have to out it into our inventory” which don’t get me wrong but they said id have to pay for it. i decided to just skip out and not get my dog anything cause they were huffing and puffing at us. after all that we were getting ready to go, my husband being the kind soul he is said “have a good day” with a smile, despite the poor attitude they had he got left with a loud and aggressive “YUP” and a drive through window to his face. So we just ended up going to culver’s so spoil my dog and get real food because they know how to treat people. It really sucks because i was so excited because dunkin is a good coffee shop, but i don’t like to feel like an annoyance when i go in there and...
Read moreUpdate: I try not to ever go here because it always stresses me out. I’m honoring the first review of four stars despite wanting to give it a three and dropping it down to two. Tomah is worth the drive for a better customer experience and correctness of order.
Been to this location three times now since they opened. The first time was during Grand Opening so they get a pass for making my order incorrectly- plus they fixed it so crisis adverted. Second time the donut wasn’t tasty but whatever the coffee was on point.
Tonight I went thru drive thru and immediately had high hopes as Kayla was a superstar on the speaker box- I was impressed by the interaction and felt she was super friendly. Good find with this girl!
I order two coffees- Both were made wrong. I got them replaced and ended up with maybe one correct out of four made. I say maybe cause it tastes right but no slip to know what was in it.
I went inside to return my coffee. Joanie was extremely apologetic. In fact the entire night crew including Ethan and Chloe were so apologetic and friendly that even though this third time was an absolute disaster they earned themselves another shot just by having such a great attitude about it.
Impressive for being young kids. I think I felt worse about their feeing bad than they did about the mistake. Mistakes happen and in this situation they owned it and did their best to make it right. Attitude is everything and that’s why I will be back.
Leaving three more stars than I would have had the crew not been so awesome about me having a...
Read more*Edit-- My orginal review below was about a month ago, figured I would give it another shot (big mistake.) Once again I had my boyfriend drive thru. I was on the phone, said my order he repeated, they were out of my normal raspberry so I subed blueberry, no big deal. Heard the order repeated. Got it and there was extra flavors listed on my ticket and burnt sugar crystal, idk what that even is, definitely not what I ordered, yet again. I get the same drink in the Eau Claire location and it's always perfection, this was definitely not even close. So disappointing that they cant figure things out.
I was so excited about finally getting a dunkin closer to home. The last 2 times I've ordered it's been completely wrong. 2 weeks ago, I had my sister pick up my online order. It was printed correctly on the label but was missing the cold foam and milk. Not really a basic mistake but it happens. Yesterday, I had my boyfriend make a pit stop. I was on the phone with him while he ordered, heard him order exactly what I said and heard them repeat that exact order. When it got here it was a completely different drink, nothing even close to what he ordered (he's not a coffee drinker so he had zero idea) Super disappointed and at this point I'd rather drive the extra 30 min to get my dunkin at a store that actually pays attention to what they are putting out the window. I totally get being under staffed and I get that mistakes happen, but it sems that these are pretty stupid, basic mistakes that shouldn't happen. Get it together,...
