We used kiosk to order food for faster service as stated on the sign. Our order was still not done in 30 minutes. My husband asked for our money back and the young female manager was very rude and said, “Can’t you see we are really busy?” The restaurant had more workers standing around than customers. He repeated again and said, “ I want my money back.” She stopped all actions and said, “I am not going to be treated like a dog!” He again repeat and said, “I want my money back.” She again stopped and said, “If you don’t stop treating me like a dog, I’m going to call the police!” My husband stated, “Go ahead but give me my money back!” A customer behind us told her, “just give him his money back and be done!” She insisted that she won’t be treated like a dog. She asked for our receipt and we told her the kiosk did not print one and give it to us so we didn’t have one. She looked and sighed in exacerbation. She finally opened up the register and threw the money at us and she flew to the office. I insisted that she return and pick up the change. None of the employees would go get her but one of them picked it up. We our a business owner as well and this is the rudest and most poorly managed restaurant EVER! If I owned this McDonald’s I would fire her...
Read moreI've never been a huge fan of McDonald's but my kids have always loved it. The only thing I have ever really loved at McDonalds, are their chocolate milkshakes. There always seems to be one issue or the next with the order, but it most certainly gets frustrating when the problem could have been solved by a member of management admitting there was an issue and that there was not a way to fix it presently.
I went to get a chocolate milkshake with one of the kids. I ordered a large chocolate shake and they gave me a vanilla shake - clearly a difference. When I tried to give it back through the window a crew member shouted from the other side, no it's definitely chocolate, it's just lighter than usual. So I tried it, definitely vanilla. Went inside to exchange it for a correctly made chocolate shake, and they said the machine needed to be changed and it was going to be a while.
I threw away the milkshake and called it a day - it's not worth fighting for at this point and while it is just a milkshake...the frustration of this alone is to make me not ever want to go to this McDonald's again. Didn't get my money back and don't want to fight with the staff to make it right, just so disappointingly...
Read moreWe ordered through the drive thru. So we pay at the window, get the receipt and then drive to the next window. We get there, it takes them at least a minute to even open their window to ask us what we ordered. We started to tell them and they walk away to grab some drinks. We ordered 3 large Cokes, 2 chicken buttermilk sandwiches with 2 large and 1 medium fry, 10 piece chicken nugget and a kids meal. They handed us a large Dr Pepper and a Tea and then was like have a good day. We told them what we ordered and even gave them the receipt to look at, they still somehow manage to mess our order up more. They gave us one coke never asked for the other 2 drinks back, gave us the sandwiches and nuggets and was like have a good day. We still didn’t get our fries or kids meal. So we told them they didn’t give us them then they looked at the receipt and was like “oops, sorry bout that”. Then handed us 2 bags, each with medium fries in and then the kids meal. We still lost out on money cause we didn’t get the correct thing we ordered. FYI-most of the employees that were working were like 16 year olds, some even looked younger. There were only like 3 people that looked over 20 that...
