Burger King — Restaurant in Blackshear

There are few burger restaurants that smell as good as Burger King when you are standing outside and catch a whiff of the smoke from their grill, which is a shame because the burgers never taste as good as that smell. They are good; I enjoy one when I get one; but they never taste as good as that smell. In the past I have seldom frequented the local BK, and that disappointment is one of the reasons, but the primary reasons are because of the general condition of that restaurant and the poor service. If my presence and my cash in your restaurant annoy you and you make that clear to me, I can easily accommodate you and never spend another dime with you. After my last visit several months ago, I said I would not return, but I wanted a burger and I had forgotten my previous bad experience until I was opening the door to enter the restaurant. I almost stopped and left but went in anyway. What a pleasant surprise! The place is remodeled, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were greeted immediately with, "I'll be right with you", as the young lady scurried to deliver a bag of food to the window and hustled right back to us. I like to joke around and have fun, and she played right along with me. I thanked her for that. She took our order, made sure she understood it, and went right to work on it. In just a few moments we were enjoying hot food that tasted really good...almost as good as that smell; closer than it ever had before. As we were leaving, we expressed our gratitude and surprise at the difference from our previous experiences. We also pointed out a problem with the drink machine and the lady went right to work correcting the problem. I assured her we would be back and we will; much sooner than I ever...

Today I said okay I will try again and place the same exact order as I did on on august 30 24 at 1051pm that i never received at all but got refunded back my money at 1240 am this morning take in mind I used my walmart plus membership perks for this order on theburgwr king app like its says to do in order to take advantageof these perks that are offered to walmart plus members in which walmart has a contract wth burger king in order for walmart plus members to be able to use on the burger king app and burger king website only and not the door dash app nor door dash website or other delivery services sites . so today August 31 24 at 1030am ordered went through at 1101am for large whopper meal no pickles I used my walmart plus membership perks 25 percent off of total and once again no delivery of my food since walmart says we literally have to use burger king app or burger king website in order to use our walmart plus membership perks. I also called burger king this morning at 840 am to fund out what the issue was concerning my order from yesterday which was order number 43 that I never received well the manager was rude etc. Today's order number was order number 70. I even reached out to walmart due to Walmart plus membership and thar walmart had this particular contract with burger king to inform them of the said issues I've had these past two days. This is unexcusablevand unacceptable However if you order burger king off of the Doordash app itself up and behold you get your order but unfortunately you can't use your walmart plus membership perks on the Doordash app for burger king urgh if I could give 0 stars for both days I would that's why I've a 1 star...

This Burger King is just as bad as the one in Waycross! We drove from Waycross to order our food being as it wasn't even busy you'd think they get the order right well they failed! Got home we was missing 3 whole sandwiches and a large fries. It was too late to drive back and shouldn't have to in the first place to correct the order. Went back next day and they had major attitude with my mom when she went in to get the missing items that we paid for. They could have at least given us something for our wasted time and gas to go all the way back. With them not being busy at all you'd think they would get it right in the first place! We will NOT be coming back to this BK. The employees need better training in customer service instead of cursing and having attitudes at their customers for trying to get something that was paid for!!
