Wow.... so my dad and I took over 300 lbs of pecans to this place and the guy cracked less than 5 nuts to "check" them and proceeded to tell us that they were in "bad shape" and only gave us around $160. The majority that we personally cracked were completely full with a great flavor and pretty hefty. Very friendly and helpful. Dropped pecans to be cracked and blown and they do a fantastic job of it. In previous years, I've taken pecans to other places that crack them and had a lot of shells to sift through. Clough's does an awesome job of removing most of the shells and I will continue to use them and recommend them...
