Last time I ate here was 2-3years ago, yesterday I ordered and there was a miscommunication/language barrier, no big deal, simple mistake even though you didn't give me what I'd asked for; can I put in an order for another meal (no matter how you spin it I was 1 meal short for my family because she put pineapple in the gen.tso instead of 1 gen.tso and 1pineapple chicken) it happens. That's fine, didn't get mad or fuss I asked if I could order another combo meal and she just kept telling me to check the bag it's in there she knows she checked. 1- mistakes happen no big deal, 2- take my money when I ask to add an order instead of getting rude and telling me to check the bag. If they're still open in 2 or 3 years maybe...

I am new to the area and wanted to call in and order To-go food. I asked if I could order teriyaki chicken and shrimp fried rice and she said she remembers me and I want the chicken on the stick. Our first and now only time here... service was nice enough but the atmosphere and food is severely lacking. My husband got the Orange chicken with pork fried rice. He was told the chicken was spicy but it wasn't and the rice tasted like straight onion and was greasy. I got the shrimp with mixed veg and the sauce had a sour taste to it and was... gloopy. The shrimp tasted old and like they'd been frozen and the white rice was complete mush. They are take out only and are running some kind of convenience store in the lobby.
