McDonald's — Restaurant in Blackshear

Worst McDonald's, why..., I believe the fact that we are letting high school kids running it on nights & weekends. Rarely do you find a responsible teenager, and this McDonald's is a fine example of what bad management is. When u have an issue, and ask for manager, I was surprised it was a 19 y.o., same person cutting up with the other employees as I pull up. I purchased 30$ worth of food, and recieved 3 quarter pounders and 2 fries, with a ton of napkins. I didn't realize that they messed up my order till after pulling away. I had order I still not sure if I had someone else order, or they just didn't care. When I came back and waited another 20 minutes in the drive thru, becauses restuarant is closed due to covid., I asked for a manager. I explained I believe I was given the wrong order. He asked for my receipt, which was in the my hand, clearly showing I ordered 4 double cheeseburger 3 fish sand and 2 large fries. The guy was extremely rude and just offered to credit my account, and said I could keep the food, well that was cool, but I wanted the things I ordered, and told me I'd have to go back thru the line to reorder, which w at this point I've been thru twice now, and probably there about an hour. So I suggested that he prepare my original order, and I'll pull up and wait. Well he said he wasn't allowed to go outside to my car, and insisted I go back thru drive thru again. Needless to say, I drove off, without anything. I was upset, I went to Burger King down the road, and while I was waiting the lady asked about my evening and I told her what happened and she felt so bad, she didn't charge me at all, and thru in cokes for 4 of us. That is what the difference in dealing with someone with maturity and understanding the importance of others time. I will never go back to McDonald's again, Burger King has...

I don't know very many people who don't love McDonald's. I mean it's mcdonald's but let me tell u our mcdonald's is owned by mr. Brian fey who is such a kind hearted charitable Christian man his whole family such good people the kind of mcdonald's owner who sends you a personal email telling u how much they appreciate ur business durring this covid 19 pandemic and how much joy my children bring him m and his staff. I do live in a small town so everybody knows everybody but even at that how many mcdonald's franchise owners do u know that know most of thier customers by name know thier kids' name thank u Brian fey for all that u do that we don't see. I truly believe our McDonald's, here in Blackshear, Ga, has the best quarter pounder w/cheese burger out of ALL/ANY OTHER McDonald's there is! Lol I mean, it's just always so0o0 good! Made perfect to my specifications!

There ice cream machine seems to always be on & working. They offer the App to pre-order & you can go inside, curbside or drive thru pickup.

The play station is still currently closed, but that's okay. Dining room is opened to eat inside though.

Now, they DID upcharge a few items on their menu. Some price changes include the Southern Sweet Iced Tea/non-sweet Tea. & even charge if you want extra packets of ketchup! Also, senior discounts have increased on beverages, & you can't get a large in...
