I went here yesterday for the first time. Everything was very tasty but the customer service was absolutely horrible. It seemed like the workers didnât want to be there at all. I went with my aunt and cousins and we wanted to know what came in the tostilocos as well as the flavor of chips and the lady spoke so low and fast I couldnât understand a thing. When she asked if we wanted all the toppings I asked her if she could tell me again what comes in it because i couldnât hear her the first time, and I even apologized for asking again, and she got a horrible attitude with me and my family saying she already told us. Then she repeated the ingredients again very fast speaking and low so of course i couldnât hear her again, so we just took it with all the toppings. I had no idea that they had pork in them because of the way the lady spoke to us but it really should be written somewhere, or the workers should at least take the time to explain correctly because some people in my family do not consume pork. She was just so rude to us the entire time we were there. She even wanted us to still tip her after everything when we were paying. I donât mind tipping when the service is good but how are you gonna be so so rude to people and then want them to tip you afterwards. This place is amazing. The quality of the ice cream is the best. The drinks are to die for.
Thereâs so many complaints about the employees attitudes and I simply donât understand why. They are there to do their jobs and attend to all our cravings. From the numerous times I have been there (and trust me, me and my husband go about 2-4 times a week every week) I have seen them put up with so many rude, annoying, irritating customers and they have always maintained their calm. Itâs not easy for them to deal with such a busy place, especially being in a pandemic. Yet, theyâre still working there risking their health for everyone. And most of these rude customers expect them to kiss their butts while attending to them. Theyâre there to do their jobs, not make complete conversations while theyâre trying to get every customer in a timely manner. They donât have attitudes, they just try to help everyone as fast as they can and a person takes over 20-30 mins just trying to figure out what they want to order when thereâs a huge line out the door. So please be more kind and patient with them.
Theyâve always gone above and beyond for me and my husband, even when they brought back the nieve de sandia because they knew how much we love it even if it wasnât their top seller. The chocobananas are my favorite â€ïž The limonada is the most refreshing thing you can possibly drink!
We used to live 5 mins away but recently moved further and still make the 30-40 minute drive just to buy my favorite things because itâs always worth it. So thank you to all the employees and the owner for opening this place and having some of the yummiest things Iâve tasted!

Este lugar es de lo mejor. La calidad del helado es la mejor.
Hay tantas quejas sobre las actitudes de los empleados y simplemente no entiendo por quĂ©. Ellos estĂĄn ahĂ para hacer su trabajo y atender todos nuestros antojos. De las numerosas veces que he estado allĂ (y crĂ©anme, mi esposo y yo vamos de 2 a 4 veces por semana todas las semanas) los he visto aguantar a tantos clientes groseros, molestos e irritantes y siempre han mantenido la calma. . No es fĂĄcil para ellos lidiar con un lugar tan ocupado, especialmente estando en una pandemia. Sin embargo, siguen trabajando allĂ arriesgando su salud por la de todos. Y la mayorĂa de estos clientes groseros esperan que les besen el trasero mientras los atienden. EstĂĄn allĂ para hacer su trabajo, no para entablar conversaciones completas mientras intentan ayudar a cada cliente de manera oportuna. No tienen actitudes, solo intentan ayudar a todos lo mĂĄs rĂĄpido que pueden y una persona tarda entre 20 y 30 minutos tratando de averiguar quĂ© quiere pedir cuando hay una gran fila en la puerta. AsĂ que por favor sean mĂĄs amable y paciente con ellos.

Spare yourself from going through a bad experience. For a place that gets talked about a lot, it isnât worth the bad customer experience. Listen, as soon as we walked in we received no type of greeting when in fact, the ladies and the little girls they have working there are laughing so loud and âchismeandoâ. Mind you, we were the ONLY ones there at that time. The girls, and the older lady who was at the cash register just kept giving my husband and I looks!! Like, hello, weâre the customers and we havenât done anything to you so why you acting this way??? TERRIBLE customer service. The lady at the register was talking to a man, and he wasnât even buying anything and we were the only ones there and she SAW US waiting to pay. She completely ignored us!!!!! Unbelievable.
