Great customer service, Thanks again sir for saving a lady in distress! In desperate need to replace broken windshield wipers before three days of rain from Hurricane Debby, I arrived at the Auto Zone shortly before their 730am opening time. Store employee Basheer, arrived when I did, he opened the door, even though they werenât technically open yet, he came out to my car and installed the replacement wipers in a matter of minutes, even though they werenât purchased in his store. When I tried to give him some cash to buy a cup of coffee, he said no thank you, itâs my job. I insisted but he continued to refuse, saying thatâs what he gets paid to do. He wasnât even in the clock yet. Is he a gentleman, excellent employee or knight in shining armor? You decide, I say all 3 & thank God for this kind manâs help!!
