Edit: I just called to speak with the manager and it turns out, the woman who "helped" us IS the manager. Her name is BROOKLYN. She yelled at me and interrupted me on the phone first admitting that she was rude. Meerly because we supposedly gave her "attitude" when she asked of we were ready. She deemed this as okay. She admitted that her being rude was justified. THEN when I put her on the spot asking why she had to be rude to her customer, she had a case of dementia and asked HOW and when she was being rude? For future notice, the owner is named ADNDREA and she will definitely hear about this. This happened at around 4:30pm today 02/06/17. She asks us to order when we're ready. Okay! She then asks again as if she was pestering us, reminded her that we needed another minute. Finally were ready and spoke the order, then a minute delay, she didn't catch anything so we repeated. Didn't mind this at all. Get to the window, see that she treats the customer ahead of us with a smile. We come through and she is completely short with us. No greeting no smile, straight face with TONS of attitude. "Do you want sauce?" Yes please! And again, dead faced. She gets our bag of food, crossing our fingers it wasn't spit on, shoves the bag in the car to us and rushes to slam the window in our face. I've worked for Mcdonalds for more than 2 years, I know exactly was she was doing and the bullshit doesn't fly with me. I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t bring my food and eat with my family, so I was told that I couldn’t bring out side food, the reason: healthy issues and their rules. I do understand, but It would be helpful if they can put a very visible notice so others can see it, I never had any problems with other locations before , until this one. So I had to go in my car and eat by myself, If I knew these before I would’ve not let my husband buy anything for our kids in this location. PS: they’re concerned about the health issues about my food, they should also be concerned about having clean tables, chairs, restrooms. The tables “look clean” but they feel so sticky and disgusting, when you pay your order, they handle the money and later give your cups and I don’t see them washing their hands after handling the money, do you know how many bacteria...
