You're better off driving down to Ferndale Taco Bell and getting your food there. You would get your food faster and make it back to Blaine before you would get your order here. Long waits, no receipts, food made wrong and missing items. They have 4 employees working at peak dinner hours with no one manning the open dinning room. Don't get stuck in the drive thru for 30+ minutes, it's curb all the way through... Must be nice to have enough money for a nice new fast food joint but not enough money for more employees (Not even 18 dollars for SHIFT LEAD; kids go work at MCDONALD'S, they'll give you 19 for less responsibility...) Wait about a month or two when they finally convince and hire enough Blaine high schoolers to give up their lives for minimum wage. Don't be mean to the employees (but they will forget your sour cream in your 5-layer and give you lettuce?), get mad at the owner for opening too soon.

Avoid. They skimp horribly on ingredients, they push kiosk ordering instead of hiring employees, and every single table was dirty. Our first trip had a quesadilla that was completely empty in 2/4 slices, the second time it hadn't been cooked, zero melted cheese, and it had the jalapeno sauce it wasn't supposed to. Doritos Locos tacos came already broken and half empty, Nachos Bell Grande had low toppings, Beefy Melt only had 2 tortilla strips.. Some locations have good food, but this one either doesn't train their employees or teaches them to put on as little on as possible, very poor management. The kiosks do not include every available option to customize food for allergies, and I prefer the experience of talking to real people, the employees we did interact with were nice and helpful. We pass here frequently and were excited for a new TB but after trying twice we will not be returning.

I’ve been waiting forever to get my hands on some breakfast from Taco Bell. I love some greasy fast food breakfast - don’t judge! The staff were so awesome and friendly. Management, if you are reading this, we were there on March 6th a little after 10am so please give a round of applause and thank the two male staff whom ensured our order was taken properly and packed accordingly. I had the potato breakfast wrap with salsa on the side and the Cinnabon rolls. I was surprised that the wrap was not greasy at all. I enjoyed the processed nacho sauce in the wrap too, mmmm. The Cinnabon rolls were soooo good. Greasy, sweet, and fluffy. I ordered 2 pcs and regretted sharing it with my husband… :) Wrap, donut, and coffee were around $6. Sweet deal and will be back again.

Have been three times and once out of the three times it has been done correctly. Tonight we waited over 35 minutes for our food. My husband is very patient and after about 15 minutes of waiting he asked about his order and a young lady said she would get the manager. A young man walked up and acted like he was a manager and it took him forever to even pull up the order and he said he would go in the back and get them to figure it out. Twenty more minutes go by and still nothing so my husband asks again and the young lady says maybe your order went to another location when he used the kiosk right in the store. Then I am waiting outside and the guy who acted like the manager walks out with a bag of food laughing. We wondered if he took our bill and took our food. My husband started to lose his patience and the real manager was very good and handled the situation very well. I think the kiosks are a major problem when you actually take an order you remember things better. There is not enough staff and some of them don’t seem to care and don’t have customer service skills. Either they have not been trained well, don’t actually possess skills in dealing in customer service or don’t care. Maybe it’s because there is not enough staff so they can’t do the job. Not sure what the real problem is but there is a big problem with this location. Felt for the manager. The McDonalds beside it will be taking a lot of...

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. My husband ordered nacho fries through the mobile app for me to pick up in store. While I was there I ordered something else from the kiosk with his name and received that within 5 mins. When the worker called out my order, I told him I had an order of nacho fries still needed. He acknowledged and went to the back. I ate my meal and 20 mins goes by and noone has called out my mobile order. I have to go up to the counter again and apparently the same worker who knew I was already waiting said he didn't see the order come through on his end. Once I showed him the screenshot, he said he saw it. I waited again and he said they did not have any fries left so I had to wait for another 4 minutes but the batch would be fresh. I waited for another 15 minutes. Unbelievable I was in the store for almost 45 minutes for when I placed the order and he somehow FORGOT again even though he talked to me 4 times!!! I appreciate that he gave me free taco coupons for the mess up but I would have much rather had my time wasted given back to me. My husband went to the same location at a different time and they made him wait 20 mins before he had to ask at the counter. is taco bell really considered a "FAST"...

On a recent late-night visit to this location, my wife and I didn’t expect much for food or customer service. To our delight, those expectations were quite blown out of the water. The sole employee working at that hour was patient and helpful over the drive thru intercom. When we got to the window, he explained that a couple items we ordered were unavailable (he was filtering the fryer!! Not all fast food joints keep up with their fryer maintenance!! good on him!!) — he kindly offered alternatives and adjusted our order. He then proceeded to prepare and hand us our order promptly, all while maintaining a very friendly, positive, respectful, and welcoming demeanor. On top of all that, the food was precisely what we’d ordered (modifications made perfectly) and, especially for Taco Bell, tasted very good.

The fast food workers we often deal with (in Canada) would not have offered us alternatives, and would’ve given us the typical, shoddy (at best) customer service we’re used to… This guy, however, was some different, and he deserves a good review and a raise.

Went at approximately 11:30pm on 9/29/2024 so you corporate and management folks can ensure that this gem of an employee is properly rewarded and...
