Birthday Ruined!!! I came in and ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. The guy I talked to was so nice, he even took the picture out of the book and wrote down everything. When I came to pick up my cake, he acted like he didn't know who I was and went out the back door, and that's when I knew!!! The girl took forever to bring me the cake that was in the case 2 feet away from me and took forever before showing it to me.
