As I was leaving this location I witnessed a 73 yr old man fall coming out of the store. His arm was bleeding, his food was comprimised, and his glasses flew off his face as he tried to protect it. The manager on duty who was not in uniform nor had any hair covering on refused to do an incident report. I explained to her that she needs to replace his food and fill out an incident report so that it is documented for both McDonald's and the customer and she refused. Another customer called 911 and had the police and the ambulance come and the alleged manager began going back and forth with her. The 911 rep told the customer to ask the manager for napkins and clean water so he could clean the wound and the manager refused to help in any way. Her response was I called my boss and he said for you to call the police and let them fill out the report. I tried explaining to her that every restaurant has a form that should be filled out for documentation purposes and she said "I am done with this conversation and everyone can leave." I asked her why was she talking to me like that when we are just trying to help and her response was call the police and leave I am done. I have managed restaurants for 36 years and I have NEVER seen such rudeness, unprofessionalism, and lack of care for the elderly let alone customers. I will never patronize this McDonald's again due to their lack of care for the community they serve. Nor will I allow my family to patronize them. What's even more alarming is that the two ladies with mobility, manager and friend smirked and NEVER asked the man if he was OK. This is what you chose to represent your organization which makes me question McDonald's as a whole. After this poor service I now better understand the ecoli termoil you are going through because soiled t-shirts, no head gear, and bare hands is not food safety. None of your customers were treated right at this location tonight and that's a reproach. Please don't offer me anything to put a bandaid on this serious issue,...
Read moreThis is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, seriously. I’ve long given up on the sandwiches, because they’re always horrible. This is the closest McDonald’s to my house, but I’ll gladly drive out of my way to go to a different one. Every single time I decide to give this location another chance, I end up regretting it. Last time, I just wanted some fries and passed this location, so I decided to give it a shot. I went inside, ordered a medium fry. Why was I waiting for 17 minutes to get my one order of fries???????????? Nobody could say okay, she just has an order of fries, let’s get her out of here? The girl who took my order was just standing there after I ordered, looking at the register. Even she could have gone over and gotten my fries. It was absolutely ridiculous to me. And then after all that, the fries weren’t even hot and had no salt on them. This is exactly why I don’t go here. Doesn’t matter if I go in, or go through the drive through, they’re always super slow. The last time I went through the drive thru I ordered a McFlurry. Spent over 20 minutes waiting in the line to get to the window to get it. My McFlurry had pretty much completely melted by the time they handed it to me. And on top of all that, a lot of the employees are dry/rude. But after my last experience, I’m done with this...

I keep going to this location to only receive disappointment after disappointment. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, no one said anything. I thought maybe I didn't roll up correctly. I backed up and tried again, still no response. I then said hello, and finally got a response. While placing my order, the order taker was talking to coworkers at the same time(I heard their conversation through the speaker). The order taker wouldn't let me finish placing my order before over talking me. I ordered a Filet-o-Fish meal(add quarter punder onions, pickles, lettuce and tomato. I also told them I'd like everything made fresh. They then rush me to the window to pay. I proceed to pay and they just tell me to pull up(without offering my receipt). I request the receipt and pull forward. I get to that window and the person just hands me my drink...no greeting. They tell me to pull forward and someone will bring out my order. I'm thinking I need to pull forward because I requested everything to be made to order. I get home(less than 10 minutes away) & my food is cold and wrong. I called twice to try rectifying the issue and no answer. I really want this location to get...
