Shark's Fish & Chicken Chicago Heights — Restaurant in Bloom Township

Fries nasty. Chicken chewy and dry if that’s even possible, customer service sucks, guess u can’t trust a chick working the window with blonde hair and a brunette Afro ponytail…a mess… just like this 22 dollar ten piece meal that doesn’t come with bread or slaw anymore. Won’t be be back!

Yes I’m sure it’s your sharks! The one on, bright lights, broken speaker at order menu, and all the prices listed on the menu and the posters in the window are incorrect. For example the flyer by the drive thru window says 19.99 for party wings somehow the total she gave was $41 and some change. I changed it to a 10 piece dinner. Per the menu it comes with bread and slaw and fries, and of course it came with just wings that weren’t even dipped (I asked for half honey bbq and half hot wings) they drizzled the sauce on top, and nasty fries…how is that a dinner and how it worth $22??? ...

Where to start The young lady at the front counter was so friendly and provided great customer service . I ordered the pick three combo with catfish steaks shrimp and wings . The catfish was fried very soft and had a weird taste to it . The wings taste old and you can tell it was not dropped fresh the shrimps was ok no complaints. Would I go back to this location NO reason being one of the men working behind the counter confine to touch his hair the money and counter without washing his hands I saw with my own eyes him touch some one food with them same bare hand after he went to back dust his hand on his dirty pants that was enough for me to say never again . This is just my opinion...

For this shop to be for fish and chiken the varieties of food including burgers and alot of different sides is incredible. I even tried the cheeseburger it was one of the best I ever had, to me it even rivals the popular McDonald's Big Mac. The cashiers there are really kind and polite. Even the cook there is very competent, personaly I love his mushrooms and French fries they are delicious. I would recommend this restraunt to anyone who wants a good lunch or dinner even. They even can do 100 wing or mix for occasions u might have like a party. I love this restrount inpaticular because of how nice the cashiers are and how clean it is.
