La Michoacana — Restaurant in Bloom Township

Came in here to order food for my mom. Gotta if all of you going to have an establishment in a predominately black neighborhood at least have great customer service. I walked in go to the counter the lady with purple hair told me to order on the other side. So I go to the other side to order and I’m just standing there. The cook he don’t speak English. The lady with purple hair proceeded to fill containers as I’m just standing there , you know I’m here to place an order she proceeded to talk tot he cook in Spanish. After 5 minutes she says are you ready to order. I’m like I been standing here you looked me dead in my face and didn’t care about the fact that I been standing here. The fact that I have gotten food from here twice and I came back because the food was good but I will not be patronizing this business. It seems as they they only want Hispanics patronizing their business. Attitudes are disgusting and I looked past it the first 2 times. But today was enough you won’t get me to spend another dime here. I walked out the fact that there are other businesses that make just as good food but I chose here because it’s closer. I will go back to my regular taco spot when I want great food and...

I'm not gonna give the store a low rating because overall it is a good store, BUT they need to consider getting some better employees. I am convinced that one of the employees do not like black people and here's the reason: My mom and I went there the other day to get a couple of things. There was a family in there before us, but they were in the middle of wrapping up their order. While the short female employee was wrapping up the family's order, there was a mid-height female employee there who started to clean as soon as we came in. We were literally sitting there waiting for a while so that we can order, but she never came to collect our order. Another Hispanic family came in after us and she stops cleaning to take their order, but to remind y'all we were there first while waiting for our to be taken. She needs...

Zero stars! Every time I have gone their customer service is bad. Ladies that work there seemed not to like their job. Today’s visit wasn’t the greatest, ordered yogurt and fruit and the girl who prepared it pour the yogurt first into the cup then added the fruit which was very little quantity since the cup was full of yogurt. I confronted her about it and asked isn’t the fruit supposed to go in first? She stated that’s how they make them!!! I’ve been there before and always seen that fruit goes in first !!! Their corn is always a no! It’s price and the quality of it, nope!!!
