I placed and picked up an order Tuesday night 12/14 around 6:20. I ordered 3 sandwiches totaling $23, was asked if I wanted to tip so the total came out to $26. I wasn’t given a receipt, and I was missing a sandwich. I was grabbing dinner to go home and have with my family on my lunch break. Imagine my shock when I get home and 1 sandwich is missing and the other two are crushed. Like it literally looks like someone balled them up. One of the two I did get barely had anything on it and the other while slightly less skimpy had food shoved into the side of the wrapper as if someone remembered a lost tomato at the last moment after the sandwich was already wrapped. Couldn’t come back because it was my lunch break and I try to call only to be met with a text messaging system. I understand being short handed and I understand people are working hard these days. I have 6 years in food personally as just an associate and a GM and I would never send someone’s food out the window like that. Very few people have a passion for making food especially in fast food or fast casual but you do the job right because less hiccups means less complaints. Less complaints mean easier calmer shifts. I need to speak to someone on the phone because not getting an almost $8 sandwich is an issue. And having the rest of my food balled up because someone is in a bad mood sucks. I work hard and I don’t get to see my family much so sitting there while they eat their crushed sandwiches and I eat nothing definitely ruined the little bit of time I did...
Read moreAmazing store that is very considerate of the customer!!! I realized an employee made my smoothie with sugar on accident when I asked for no added sugar. Were only human, no big deal, but I let them know they made it wrong and asked for a remake and the young man working the microphone refused and told me I was wrong. I come 4-5 days a week and was disappointed because T.S.C. has always been great with customer service. Went in today to talk to a manager during my lunch break. They were very busy but the manager as quickly as she could came over to talk to me, heard me out, was disappointed with her staff member and let me know she would have a talk with the individual after the lunch rush and that T.S.C. would never approve of that behavior. She personally made another smoothie for me, and gave me 2 coupons for a free smoothie. If you have a bad experience I promise it is way outside of the normal and even if you have a bad experience, raise your concern and they will make sure your voice is heard. That manager deserves a raise and then some, was polite and professional and very considerate. Final update, employee was at windows a few days later, apologized and had a nice short conversation with him. My respect goes out to that young man for owning his...
Read moreSaturday morning at 8:45 am I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap blimey limey and sea salt and vinegar chips. I pay and get my food and leave the drive-through. I find my wrap once I get onto the interstate of Square Lake and as I’m feeling my burrito though the paper, it is abnormally hard on the outside of the packaging and when I opened it up, it was burnt to a toast, I tried taking a bite and it was like biting into thick leather. No big deal. I turned around and drove back and had her remake it because I’m top of being overcooked there was also no buffalo sauce and inside the chicken wrap that was supposed to be a buffalo chicken, chicken wrap. it was not cut and it was not edible. It was a burnt burrito not a wrap. I pulled back into the drive through and told her what happened and she said there was buffalo sauce in it but she would remake it. Cool. After it was remade I drove off once again and it was the same result. No buffalo sauce and also it was pretty damn burnt and the inside was super dry. I don’t recommend this specific store for food. I only can assume I got yesterdays Buffalo chicken wrap and it was not made cook to order because I don’t know how the hell you can overcook a wrap twice in a row and then I got...
