ZERO TERRIBLE!!! I called this store first before driving close to 30 miles to get there, to check on an item that the Target web site said limited stock. I gave the woman who answered I believe Frieda was the name given to me , the aisle where it was located and asked if they still had the item. While she was walking to located the item she even told me she has a 4 year old son and looking for gifts. Why yes she said but there is only one. So I asked for her to hold it and I'll be leaving right now. Oh NO we can't hold this you'll have to take the chance and hope it will be here when you get here. REALLY? I just had the Target store on Coolidge hold an item for me and there was no problem there. I even offered to pay for it over the phone, NO! Can I please speak to a manager. Alicia answered said ok to hold it and I said I'm leaving, explained I'm disabled and it will take me a bit to get there, that I'm about 40 minutes away. Got there, went to customer service said who I was and was told she had to get a manager. Mind you I can see all what's taking place, the people in line curious to why I was being ignored and backing away. No I didn't say bomb, nor do I have the plague, about 15 minutes later, the manager finally strolls up to me and pulls me to the side. Tells me they don't have the item. I respond with why when it was to be held I was immediately interrupted with her snapping at me LET ME FINISH! We tried to call you...really?? Funny my phone didn't ring and there was no missed calls message. I'm not one to all the race card BUT if I did that as a white woman to her, an African American, I'd be FIRED. I called Target Corp, they gave me a claim number and an I'm so sorry we will forward this on and have someone call you back...............I'm still waiting! I know who bought the item.....Frieda at...
Read moreWe will not ever return to this location, and hard-pressed to return to any Target Store. Fortunately, your lousy company has nothing we can live without - you offer nothing that is necessary to life - maybe one day you'll understand that customer service matters.
After spending a while shopping for holiday stuff - we finally get to the check out. The line is about 30 deep, and there are only two real registers open. I waited for 15 minutes, and even let someone go in front of me who had 3 items, to my cart load of about $1000 worth of goods. As I'm standing there, some other random cashier yells out that the lane I'm in closed, even for the woman's whose cart load was already on the belt. I was not moving lines to wait again for another 15 minutes. We left, and will never return. This was absolutely appalling, and a CLEAR indicator of how you treat your employees, and customers.
We customers mean nothing to you - some stupid sap will go and buy your junk - even if it isn't me.
Your treatment of employees is deplorable, treating them like worthless husks to be discarded once you've sucked out all their worth. It's painfully clear that not a single person there feels anything but misery...
