Good Ecuadorian bakery from the Sierra, Riobamba región of Ecuador. Ecuador has a lot of diversity. Especially the coast and the Sierra side. I bought bread, roscas and cachos with Cheese. Cachos are like croissants with cheese inside which was really good. The bread is really good it was freshly baked. The salty roscas, they broke since they were placed in a plastic bag. Maybe a box would be better. But they were good. I also bought sweet roscas which were good, they didn't break but tasted a little stale. I also bought some mini dulce de leche empanada (forgot the name). But I tasted dry and a little stale. I'll definitely go back for the bread. Service...
