I brought in my car without a scratch and when I received it back, the bumper, the sides and the passenger mirror had scratches. Then they had tried to cover the mirror damage with cheap paint that didn't even match (see attached photo.) When I showed the owner, he said I must've brought it in like that. So no professionalism, and lack of responsibility of poor service by his employees. They must all be related. My car is garage kept, imbecile, it had no scratches! Took my car to get sound done on a 2010 Acura TL and my car almost caught fire not even a week later due to poor installation. They charge so much money for crappy work. Then I get a credit since he didn’t install the work right. Go back to use my credit and they want to charge me double price for 1 speaker just because of the credit. Sold me a viper alarm system and got a "ready remote" alarm instead with no notice and at the viper price.. Confronted them about it the next day and was told the viper alarm doesn't function with my car and that the ready remote is a viper product..
