After the renovation you would think it would be better but this particular dunkin' donuts has chosen to hire people who don't care to work. There's no reason why anyone who is in customer service should answer the drive-thru with attitude and then be upset when the order was given. And unfortunately the person who takes your order is not the person who meet you at the window. I'm very thankful for the person who met me at the window cuz that took away half of and the only reason I give one star to this terrible dunkin' donuts is because of their terrible customer service. They need to look at who they're hiring and they need to hire people who want to work. The attitude that comes out of these young people who are working at these places is ridiculous but this particular dunkin' donuts makes me never want to go back there it's not the only dunkin' donuts in Bloomfield and it will not get my business ever again. You need to look at who you're hiring and this is a Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. terrible young lady answering the drive-thru she needs to be fired. There was no one in line and no one inside yet she seemed so bothered by the fact that someone came to purchase something and she had to do her job, which I did not ask her to get or do. She chose to work there I didn't ask her to. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service and training because why you allow people to work there who act that way...
Read moreThe employees at the drive through can't recall an order of two donuts back to us before asking us to drive up. At the drive through window, attendant has mask below her nose and her face tilted and low, below the protective glass. Masks can slip down, we're busy, we may not notice, so I point it out politely. Door slams shut, and we can hear her ask someone else to "handle me". While a young lady wearing hers correctly, kindly assists me, the previous attendant can be overheard mouthing off. One other employee comes within my view and pulls hers down below her chin, three other employees around her. They are getting my food. I'm tempted to drive off. It's bad, being a customer with poor regard and poor mask etiquette for employees within a store, but it's a whole other level of wrong to be handling food, taking orders, and handling many customers at a drive through, with a mask below the nose and an equally disrespectful attitude to match. I don't believe the employee values her job, the company, her co workers, or the people she serves. Completely appalling and we will...
Read moreThis location is a hit or miss. Depending on who is in work you either get okay service or the worst service. There was two times where I got the best service in which I wrote a great review in the survey for this store, but even with being pleasant and asking politely they apparently do not like having to fix service they fail to do correct the first time. For example: if you ask for more chai because your ice chai latte looks like icy milk and taste like icy milk with a hint of spice. You get an attitude and told, "the reason why it looks milky is because you order less ice....does that make sense?!?!!" in quote by Benard. Then get charged more 59 cents to be exact to get more chai and for them to mix it up for you. Mind you I am usually fine with 3 chai when it is made correctly as well as mixed. What is more disappointing is that customers like myself is treated like we do not matter. I will not be spending my money here no more and anyone in bloomfied I will strongly encourage you not to. ...
