Hungry? Look no further! This Chinese restaurant will have your taste buds absolutely in awe! I could eat here every day of the week. I must recommend the chicken wings the most but last night I had the general Taos shrimp and it was one of the best shrimp dishes I’ve had. Their tempura batter is out of this world. The crunch and flavor will have you craving it for more. My mouth is watering just thinking about it right now. Their wontons in garlic sauce is my wife’s favorite dish. She’s been ordering it there since 2007 and I started eating it in 2019. I wouldn’t leave it off my order if I was you. Just try them, they are the most delectable dumpling I’ve ever had! Put them on your order. They will not disappoint. They have an amazing staff that is very friendly and attentive. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 18 years. When you walk in this place, the chefs are cranking! There are six people working hard to ensure your food is prepared fast and efficient on the line. The wonderful gals taking my order up front are always attentive and fast and very friendly. If I could tip them all, I would. But leave the girls any thing you can because they deserve it. They work so hard. Everyone there does. 18 percent of your bill is a good start when it comes to being generous. And yes, tip on your to go orders! They deserve it. Or order it for delivery because they also have that too. Shout out to Sam for his professionalism when it comes to his own business and its success. Having a hands on owner will equate to keeping quality standards to the highest degree. He has been there every single time I have step foot in the establishment. If I knew the girls working the front by name, than I would give them a shout out too. They are always there. Working as hard as the chefs in the back. Making sure your taken care of with the utmost respect. Please respect them because you don’t find hard working, humble, caring, attentive employees like them any where else. This is a family owned establishment that deserves to be acknowledged as the best Chinese restaurant in New England. They have persevered through the past year with resilience because the product and service they put out is in my opinion the best you will find for your dollar. That being said, please spread the word here on google after your experience with this place. And remember that they strive for excellence so let that reflect on how many stars...
Read moreOrdered food online and initially gave the wrong contact number because I had just gotten a new phone. Not even 5 minutes after ordering my food, I called the store and asked them to change the number for the order, and they did. I had gotten a call about 45 minutes later saying that they were here. When I went outside there was no one there and they said that the store had made a mistake and I should call them. When I called them they said that he should be on his way soon. After wait an additional hour and a half after that, the guy was finally in the parking lot. He started screaming at me about the mistake with the number. I explained to him that I had called the store within enough time to make a change to the number. He then SPIT out the window at me and rudely asked me to sign the receipt. He grabbed the food and then asked where the tip was. I explained to him that there would be no tip due to everything that had just happened and he tried to pull the food back from me. I had already paid for the food online so I said "this is my food, i don't need to tip you, have a good night." and grabbed my food. I called the business back to complain about what had happened and the manager said she would speak to the driver but there was nothing else...
Read moreI’ve always thought this place was a little pricey and then others but today I brought some lunch there and when I looked at the receipt I had to shake my head. First of all they charge me for the sauce that comes on all the boneless spareribs. I have bought this meal from several other Chinese restaurants around the city and I have never seen that on the receipt. The next thing that I thought was insane was that they charge me for the plastic bag they gave me my food in. Hear me out I know that a lot of places charge for bags but one I didn’t ask for the bag they put my food in a bag so I thought that’s what they do because sometime they just give you your food in the brown paper bag which I always get. But they put my food in the brown paper bag plus in a plastic bag which once again I never asked for and then charge me for it. Then when I got there the guy said that my food will be $16 plus Because I am paying within card. A lot of people might not agree with what I’m saying but like I said before I’ve been to several other Chinese restaurants in the area ordering the same thing and I never pay more than $12. That will definitely be the last time I buy a meal from...
