Burger King — Restaurant in Bloomfield

Terrible. Will hand out cold, already made for someone else burger. On top of that, after spending about $10 on a meal for myself, I was asked if I wanted any sauce. I asked for barbacue sauce. I was told that I have to pay for barbacue sauce because I didn't have nuggets with my meal... so barbacue sauce is only used for nuggets? Not only that, a sauce that is typically a condiment given to paying customers at their request is suddenly an item that needs purchasing?? I typically am not the type to go out of my way for something to small, but it's the fact that the act of something so small as to charge me for a sauce when I'm already buying a meal that's incredibly frustrating as a customer. Mulitbillion dollar industry who's main objective is to satisfy the customer buying food and they have the nerve to charge for me for sauce. With Mcdonals and Wendy's both closed know this area this place is the only thing around for lunch hour, as soon as either of those other fast food places open up I'm NEVER COMING TO THIS BURGER KING EVER AGAIN. INCREBIBLY RUDE. I spend close to $60 bucks if not more a week at this place. The least they can do is give me the sauce I want...

Idk if it is me or if the location is that bad. First i order a milkshake with oreos a few months ago and I hear from the lady's chat with others that they ran out of oreos but they never told me anything and gave me a plain chocolate milkshake.. they didnt even have the courtesy to tell me they ran out of it.. just handed me a plain chocolate milkshake. Their sodas are super thin and has more carbonated water than the flavor, I customize sandwiches in the app and not once have they followed instructions. Finally I order the ghost pepper nuggers and I get plain nuggets.. that too.. after waiting 5 minutes in the parking lot for "freshly made" nuggets drenched in oil.. idk what they think about the customers but I now know why they don't have anyone in their drive through while the wendy's have a crazy line going on. I don't usually write negative reviews because I always feel it is a one off but these guys are consistently...

The drive through is usually quick. However about 1 in every 4 orders I make for a burger without cheese gets messed up. I have an allergy to Dairy. The people who work here should understand when someone asks for something without a certain ingredient its possibly because they are allergic to it. They need to pay attention. Tonight I ordered a bacon king double. I got all the way home and it had cheese on it. I came back. They made another sandwich which again came to me with cheese on it. It took an hour of driving and waiting for my food to be made 3 times before they got it right. I was and still am beyond frustrated. I didnt want to waste 1/4 of my free time after work tonight driving back and forth to get a messy burger after 3 tries. Its rediculous. Save yourself the time and frustration and goto either Wendys or McDonald...
