I don't rate based on one experience. We've patronized this Arby's dozens of times with GREAT service and food. There's a woman possibly in her 60s or 70s that tends the drive-thru. She is SO good.
However, the most recent visit we ordered via the app. Upon arrival, I announced an online order. I was not asked who I was. I was simply told to go to the window. At the window, they immediately started handing me drinks. I asked how they knew which order. They said, "It comes up on the screen." So I asked what they were giving me. Shocker: it wasn't anything like my order.
Eventually, we got our order. But it was irritating. I filled out a survey and was promised I would be called. 3 weeks later, there is still no response.
I am judging this restaurant based on dozens of perfect service and food experiences. If I get a second bad experience, I will...

I ordered a beef n cheddar and a burger because I really wanted to try the burger, but I got a roast beef sandwich instead. Typically I’d just shrug it off and eat whatever they gave me instead (like when other places do it, not saying they mess up my order all the time), but I really wanted to try the burger. So, I went back through the drive thru and of course they already realized they messed up. Well, I go back through the drive thru and it appears they noticed that I’d have to sit there and wait again so they walked out and gave it to me while I was waiting in line. Very nice gesture!

Ordered a large fry and a large water. Yes that’s it, but apparently the manager or whoever the lady was (seemed to be in charge) obviously was upset over the water. I was expecting to be charged for the water since it’s a large, but she complained saying it’s not free. Ok, cool, then charge me.
But no, instead of having me pay, she threw a fit. I wish I got a her name, you’re in customer service, so instead of throwing a fit in front of a customer, do it behind closed doors.
