I ordered the salad, side of fries and burrata with tomatoes appetizer. Fries were great, though cooled off quickly. Salad was fresh but for such a basic side salad, not at all worth it. The burrata was generous in the cheese serving. Just a small number of tomatoes and enough bread to get through half the cheese. Not necessarily a bad thing to be generous on cheese, but I'd plan to order extra bread (I ordered a side of pita). A very filling dinner. Service was great, as was the atmosphere. I ate here as I was staying here. Great option in that case, but wouldn't visit just for the food.

Food was ok.. was a bit pricey and didn't justify the price. I've had great chicken at the same price but it's a hotel and I should just have had the burger. The soup was pretty good. The service was pretty good. Bar tender talked to everyone. Environment was ok.

Weren't sure what to order from their current limited menu, but we sure picked right! Ordered the steak tips with horseradish sour cream with fries and it is delicious. Perfectly medium rare. Fries are hot. Recommend! So nice not too have to drive.

I visited Minneapolis for a conference and this was the only place to eat in the hotel. They have vegetarian options but not vegan ones. The first night I ordered the caprese and an old fashioned. The caprese was disappointing to say the least. It's a $14 dish and all I got was maybe half of a sliced tomato, half of a sliced mozzarella ball, 6 whole basil leaves and a balsamic drizzle. It was poorly put together too. The old fashioned was very non-traditional. It tasted fine but was very small and they charged $16 for it. Needless to say I spent $40 and left the table hungry and very unsatisfied. The people I dined with had a steak and a pork chop and their meals were much better than mine. We also had the brownie sundae which was very small for the $8 they charged but quite good. The second time, I went for lunch and ordered the grain bowl. That was a much better experience. Larger portion, very filling, and quite tasty. I will say the wait staff is friendly and works very hard but the food is expensive for...

I stayed at the Hilton for business during the week and having a restaurant on the hotel property is ideal. Unfortunately this restaurant was not the greatest at service or food. Firstly the service was incredibly slow. I got to the restaurant shortly before six in the evening and didn't get to eat until five till seven. It took a long time to be seated and even longer to have my order taken. They were not busy at that time with only three other tables. The food really looked good, but unfortunately didn't taste good. I had the "famous" pork loin. It was over cooked, dry, and tough. That's a real shame since it was same price as a steak. The vegetables sides dishes were really good. So, that's a plus. No refills on my drinks. That's a real bummer, I need something to help the pork loin. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, I'd say real posh, beautifully decorated and quiet. It's just let down by service and the Costco...

I wish I could say this place was great, but I cant. After waiting almost 10 min for a beer and finally loudly asking the bartender for a beer, he told me he would get to me then he was done helping the "customers". Said customer was someone who had walked up about 8 min after i had already been standing there and he had already told me multiple times he would be with me soon. When I asked for a bar manager, he rudely said "that's me B-R-I-A-N. Go online and leave a review if you want". After talking to the night hotel manager, he informed me that ole Brian already has a list of complaints against him and this will be added.

I have always stayed in Hilton, and even after over 200 nights with them this year, I can say I wont be back. This property has really went down hill in so many ways. Better off to stay next door at the...
