Mostly cafeteria-grade food at ridiculous prices, all wrapped up in the guise of being hand-crafted. I can't speak for every meal they offer, but the ones I did have were incredibly mediocre. My first night I got a burger and a "club sandwich." The burger was perfectly edible but very forgettable and the meat patty was the same quality as the cheeseburger I remember from high school where you and your friends joke about whether or not it's real meat. As for the "club sandwich," I actually called to complain and was told "Oh yeah, that's kind of our take on a club sandwich." "Their take" on a classic club sandwich was sliced ham and some goopy white cheese on one of those rock-hard "artesian" rolls. I also gave breakfast a try and thank god my company paid for it. I got an omelette, which normally would be like $15. It's described as some farm-to-table omelette but it's clearly frozen sausage links chopped up, mixed with some veggies, all folded into bland "egg." I never got a straight answer out of my server when I asked if they're real eggs or not, but they did admit they came from a bag. A bag. Places need to stop branding themselves as "Cræft Kitchens" and going so far as to use letters that don't exist anymore to imply that they're this gourmet dining experience when they're simply microwave-ready...
Read moreMaybe I came in with higher expectations than I should have, but everything was just okay. We asked about customizing a sandwich with GF bread & told it wasn't possible because the sandwiches were prepped earlier and they just pull them from the case. I also think we had a newly trained server. We had to repeatedly ask for things like water, tableware, condiments, etc. We asked to have the soup out before the meal, it didn't happen. The wild rice soup was flavorless, but in their defense, it could be because it was vegetarian and I'm used to having chicken or turkey in it. Still, it would be nice to up the spices in lieu of poultry. We were so glad to learn they had GF breaded fish, but it was soggy and also lacked flavor. We really we're hoping to be wowed and instead felt it was a waste of...
Read moreWe came here mostly for the convenience of location and their menu online looked really appetizing. We scheduled a reservation, and it was no problem getting patio seating for 6 on a Saturday evening. Service was fine and friendly. The menu they provided was decently different than the one online, but we decided to stay. Food came out within half hour, but unfortunately the food wasn't anything to rave about. My chicken for the salad was definitely overcooked and most was too tough to eat, and the roast beef sandwich was not too appetizing. Food was definitely too overpriced for the quality we got. We did really enjoy the patio seating, the french fries, and the burgers. Overall, the experience was a 7/10. Food does need a bit of work, but the...
