Casey's — Restaurant in Bloomington

I never leave reviews but I had an awful experience with this caseys. I received an incorrect pizza, and called them to receive a credit. I was told on the phone that I would have a credit. I called back a couple weeks later to redeem my credit, and was told "we didn't write it down. We can't replace your pizza." When I said "I'm not trying to be a Karen but I don't understand why there isn't any record" they said "we don't write down credits" and I said "that's your problem." They wouldn't replace my pizza. Placed an online order for delivery but didn’t realize until the confirmation that I had my old phone number set up and didn’t put my apartment number for the delivery. (My mistake, I get that) Called the store 4 times and no one answered for me to correct this, my first call was immediately after my order went through. I had to drive all the way to the store if I wanted to get my pizza at all. Even better, when I got there and told them I’ve tried calling I got no refund on the delivery, no “sorry for not answering”, nothing. Paid $5+ on top of my pizza just to drive to get my own order, and not even have them acknowledge...

The employees at this Casey's location are always so kind and helpful. I go to Casey's at least twice a week, oftentimes more. Unfortunately, I haven't really learned these excellent employees' faces or any of their names because I like to stare at the floor when I'm in public. I see them mopping a lot in the evenings, but don't let that stop you from visiting! The floors are safe. You WILL NOT drown. If you haven't tried their bacon pizza, it's a must! It's 95% bacon!!
