This was worth the trip off the freeway for its great food and prices. We came with my wife and two hungry teen boys. Everyone enjoyed it. It definitely has the hole-in-the wall vibe down pat with weathered concrete floors and signs for seed companies, among other things, on the walls. The food portions were ample for being $4 or less. The best were the hash browns--some of the creamiest and best I've ever had. The coffee, on the other hand, is not that great. Service is quick and friendly. A note that you will smell like you've been to a greasy spoon when you leave. As is mentioned in other comments it's cash only, but there's an ATM there too.

This little restaurant is what's called a "hole in the wall" and it is a prime example of why I love them. The atmosphere made me feel like I was back home in Alabama and that's a good thing. All of the people eating were enjoying the morning and it was obvious that most of them were regulars. The servers seemed to know everyone personally and talked to eveyone quite a bit. Service was fast and the food was fantastic and cooked as requested. Not much curb appeal on this one but it is definitely a hidden gem. Great place to relax and have a cup of coffee. You'll probably learn a lot about the locals, too. By the way, the prices are phenomenal!

Ok not what I was expecting. Heard so many horror stories even worked about 200 feet from the place years ago. Our waitress was very attentive. Food was not bad we had omelets, a skillet and biscuits and gravy. Everyone enjoyed their selection.. i have a feeling that there could be a change coming in ownership due to what I saw. Bring cash or use their ATM. NO cards accepted.place was cleaner than I expected.

My Husband kept telling me that we should go here for breakfast someday. And so we decided to go there after a hiking session at Constitution Trail on a Sunday. We were , obviously , very hungry. By the time we reached there , it seemed like a lot of people were waiting in line to be seated. Before we entered the place , we had a couple tell is that it's a long waiting line and to reconsider going in. The Husband and I exchanged looks and decided to go in anyways. We thought we could wait for a while and see. If it took long , we can always walk out. The place is a tiny , homely family owned joint. They were packed when we entered. A group of 8 and a couple were waiting before us. So , it did look like a lot of people were waiting in line. But the staff were working so quickly. Maybe after 5 minutes of our entering , we were already seated at the table. Our server was so patient with us inspite of the rush and checked on with us if everything was ok. I ordered a breakfast combo and the Husband went for the Breakfast skillet along with Iced Tea and hot coffee respectively. The food was good , the atmosphere was lively. It gives you a true sense of community. We left the place with our tummy and hearts full! We will be returning here for...

I have been going back every week, or every other week now since the past few months. It is very good as usual, and me and my dad have gotten to know some of the wait staff there. The food is amazing as usual, and I get the American fries over hashbrowns now with gravy! I'd suggest those as they deep fry their American fries and it's a much bigger portion size.

I've not noticed a small or even a big wait everytime we go in around 7:30am or so either as a table is almost always available when me and my dad go there. The wait for food and service isn't very long at all either as a few of the staff know us already and what we want! RC Cola is the best!

Remember: They accept cash only, but there's an ATM in the place which is better than their older one! It's a lot faster, but as usual it...

Been there before but it’s been a while. Food was always good and reasonably priced. Went there today was greeted by a friendly courteous waitress. Got seated right away and was given time to decide what I wanted. Came back took my order. Serve was fast. That’s when things went down hill fast!! Male server came out with strings of snot running out of his nose!! Gets worse he just wiped it off with his hand then on his clothes. He did this several times while waiting on different people. Got up and went to pay and the guy taking money at the register looked like he been elbow deep in grease and oil. Hands and nails were nasty! Barely made it home and I’ve been in the bathroom for quite a while. Stay far far away....
