My colleagues are obsessed with their breakfast pastries; never been a big fan of doughnuts or the like but their cinnamon rolls and their orange muffin/scone are delicious. My favorite thing from here are their sugar cookies. Another work favorite for bringing in to share on birthdays or anniversaries. So delicious! I’ve moved but when back in town, I always stop in for a cookie. The turtle cookies are also excellent.

I simply adore Grove Street Bakery sugar cookies … 😍😍 And I love how Grove Street Bakery supports our community! For the month of June the purchase of #pride cookies supports the LGBTQIA+ Youth Scholarship Fund through Prairie Pride Coalition. 25% of sales generated by Pride cookies benefit our local LGBTQIA youth. PS - also a huge fan of their cinnamon rolls and donuts … but the cookies are FABULOUS!!

We picked a Grove Street cookie assortment for our wedding dessert table and I am so thankful we did! They did a great job, everyone kept talking about how amazing they were. Great price, huge cookies, absolutely delicious and they came in great boxes that kept them safe and made transfer to the venue easy. Would absolutely recommend!

Unfortunately, over the course of changing ownership, Grove Street Bakery is just another example of a business purchased because of the quality of brand that was built by previous owners, only to be ruined because of the desire of the newest owner to just make money and have ZERO interest in providing customer service or display any passion behind their product. Cost has gone through the roof and unfortunately quality and service are terrible. My family has been a customer since they opened and I have used them regularly for business purposes, as well. Following months of poor customer service upon visits, we recently received a call from them three days before we were to pick up our order, which we placed a month ago,to say they cannot fill a part of the order, we received no assistance in identifying replacement options. We called back the next day to identify the replacement items. We were then told no changes can be made. Since we were only changing due to their inability to fill the original order, we asked to speak to a manager. The individual said they were the manager and no changes would be made to accommodate the replacement of the four breakfast rolls. Never jump to conclusions as to why small local businesses go under. In a case like this one, I will not pay double the price for less quality and zero attempt to provide even minimal customer service. So sad that I can no longer support this local business and will not mourn their departure from the marketplace in the future due to their own inability to offer the bare minimum reciprocation of respect for...

Edit: Thank you for the refund offer. My intention is to leave feedback that may help. I do not want a refund but thank you very much! I have been ordering from Grove Street Bakery for years, at least twice per year. Recently ordered a large order for Christmas. They had to adjust the time for pick up by 2 days later. This was all done online and by text. I would have preferred an phone call. All of the cookies were tasty, no problems there. What was disappointing were the $25.00 pecan pie and $9.00 coffee cake for Christmas morning. The coffee cake was tasty with tasty dough layers but had almost zero maple frosting on it and hardly any nuts. It was small as well, which would be ok had it had more substance to it. We had to put butter on it. I would have taken it back if I could have. It was embarrassing to serve. As to the pecan pie, it was the best pecan pie I have ever had, save my Aunts. That is an high compliment! The problem was the crust was over baked so was fairly hard, but the middle was so tasty I would purchase it again. I love supporting local business so I will continue to shop with Grove St Bakery but this go around was off. I never mind paying...

Tried to order a cake for mother's day, never heard back and when I was finally able to get through to them (after calling for multiple days) they told me it was too late and that someone would have had to called me (despite the fact I placed the order well in advance). And when I've gotten cookies from here recently I swear they haven't been fresh. It's probably the same recipes, but not the same owner It pains me to write this review because as a kid I used to love this place but it does not seem like they care about the customer anymore. They were perfectly OK with leaving my mom without a...
