They need 10 stars on this review! They for sure need to clone Nala. She is the bomb. After being completely frustrated with the app, then the AI GPT on the phone, I just went there. It's 11:10 am & they are 5 cars deep at the drive thru so I go inside. Nala is at the register. She is faster than I can tell her the order. I had to tip them. She waits on 3 of us in line then goes to the back to help in the kitchen. They had 2 huge delivery orders they were working on also. People just keep coming in. They were working so hard to take care of everyone and they were all so polite! It was crazy watching them jump in to help get everyone taken care of. Please thank & appreciate all of our amazing servers - because Covid and technology has made things insane & not everyone in this day and age is amazing & truthfully, many do not care! I don't know exactly how many workers were here but I did hear one say 3 people called off, yet these workers were all calm, cool, kind, professional, SO very polite and kept it together!! "Cause sometimes we don't really notice Just how good it can get So maybe we should start all over Start all over again" This isn't about a carry out order. This is about America & what we are supposed to be and represent. We've all seen it. Work ethic is out the window. It's crazy at my own job and people have been quitting left and right. Went through the drive-thru just now and they were out of the two things I wanted and drove all the way across town to get. No big deal, asked the employee what other desserts they had and ordered something else. At the window I waited nearly 10 minutes before someone came. I should've just drove off then, honestly. I paid and then she told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I ordered 2 cookies and a lemonade! Why would I have to pull up for that lol. I did as I was told and proceeded to wait 30 minutes in the hot sun. Ended up calling the store from my car asking what was up with my order. They say they'll bring it right out. The girl brought out 2 different kinds of cookies than what I ordered. I told her this and then she goes well this is all we have. I asked for a refund and she doesn't even say anything to me, just goes back in the building. I waited another 10 minutes before I park and go in. Once inside the manager tells me she already processed my refund, but she didn't really seem to know what order it was. Also, I paid an upcharge for peach puree in my lemonade and it definitely wasn't in there, it was just regular lemonade. Didn't feel like going back in to ask for what I paid for. I ordered lunch on the website to pick up in the restaurant. The website said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Because of how slow they have been in the past I showed up 10 minutes after it was suppose to be ready. I was really hoping maybe they got it together and somehow figured out how to be timely with orders. Unfortunately they have not figured it out. I still had to wait another 25 minutes for two regular sandwiches and 2 drinks. The food is average and not worth the wait. The sweet tea is good but still isn’t worth the wait. If you need lunch food within an hour I suggest going to different restaurant. Update 3-10-23 I went through the drive through around 5:30pm with the husband. We were the only ones in the drive through. It only took about 7 minutes to get our food once we pulled ahead to wait. The potato soup was delicious and the club sandwich was good. And the sweet tea was delicious as well. I was really surprised how quick and friendly the service was. The cost was almost $40 for a pick 2, one club sammie...
