McDonald's — Restaurant in Bloomington

Due to it’s convenient location for me I stop here frequently. Rarely the service is great, and I’m not one to complain much, but sometimes the service is so bad my food is cold I get the wrong order I pay for someone else’s huge as meal and they don’t want to help me get my $$$ back at all and when they got around to it they still shorted me because I trusted them and didn’t want to waste their time because they were busy. Depending on the workers I would recommend this McDonald’s but way way way too often the service is horrendous. I go to fast-food places expecting poor service and am thrown off when the experience is as horrid as it sometimes is here. I’ve been to a lot of sketchy McDonald’s, but I’ve never consistently had such a hard time with one as I have with this one, it’s a shame. Also, the no indoor eating is so awfully annoying, but that’s they’re decision overall and you can always go somewhere else if that’s problematic so that’s no biggy. If this place could mess up my order maybe once every 5 times only and have the workers I liked and half the wait time, I’d honestly give them a 5 star, but I can’t overlook the mostly terrible service provided here even with my attitude of expecting poor service from a food chain. Several times I go out of my way to avoid this particular McDonald’s because I’m not in the mood for a coin flip of having my one sandwich with no special accommodations to be yelled at by an employee or to receive my food dry and cold, or just the wrong order. I really appreciate the location of this restaurant and nothing would make me happier than them getting their act together and having somewhat reliable service. I wish management would just stop by and order a simple order on 3 different occasions and be appalled by how poorly this place is ran. If I could give them NO STARS I would. I was in town to see my in-laws stop by to get a quick bite before going to the hotel first off the young blonde girl at the first window rude as hell no thank you or total said, got to the 2nd window young brown hair girl with her shirt tie up in the back where you could see her sink on her back(which is not appropriate with her working there) had a big Mac (lite lettuce and lite sauce) quarter pounder w cheese only and med fry (no salt) got to the hotel big Mac bun was so hard it fell apart quarter pounder with cheese had everything on it so i went back and the girl at 2nd went to tell me theres nothing they can do since it was in the computer or on my receipt cheese only I told her that's not my fault she didn't l and that they wasn't going to remake it isten so the mgr came and told me to pull up so I did I waited 10 mins and nothing so I go in and finally got my sandwich I asked the mgr for my receipt told me it was in my bag and I told her no it was not and I needed my receipt she got mad and started running her mouth and intold her i wanted corporate number she set someone elses receipt down for me to take never again will i go there no rude and...
