Myself and both my dogs absolutely LOVE The Dog House and staff! I was able to get both of my dogs in there at the beginning of the pandemic, Anna was a godsend with helping me get everything situated for both of my dogs, and getting there vaccination records uploaded to my account so that they could start going to doggie daycare. They also offer boarding services which we were going to use but ended up having to cancel due to one of our dogs being sick. The staff is very friendly and they are very easy to work with they love my dogs as if they were their own and I have no qualms whatsoever about leaving them there with them for either boarding or all day for doggie daycare. Both dogs come home exhausted and wore out from playing all day, and my Rottweiler mix has an absolute blast in their doggie pool when they have their group swim. I highly recommend getting put on their wait-list for whenever they have openings it's just an all-around amazing company and staff and I can't say enough good...

I worked there for almost a full year. I dont want to come across as just a bitter ex-employee. The dogs, my coworkers, and the overall job itself was great. It was a job I didn't mind going to everyday. I miss the dogs and work still. That being said, the management and ownership make it terrible. Upper management offers no support to the back of house when incedents occur and ignore when problems are brought to their attention. The owner has been verbally abusive and dismissive to multiple employees. In my time there, horrible fights resulting in ER trips for both dogs and people have happened because upper management ignored pet techs warnings of over agression. BOH does their best with what they can and they love the dogs like their own. The dogs and my former coworkers are what really bumped it to a 3 star. Check reddit if you don't believe me. We LOVE The Dog House! Our three dogs go there mostly for doggy daycare, but have also stayed overnight. The staff (both reception area and doggy handlers) are exceptional individuals. It is so evident that they care for our dogs and love them as their own. They worked hard to integrate our younger dogs into their play group, one of which is very shy around new people and dogs - she now gets excited when she knows she gets to go spend the day there! In fact, all three of them get really excited and happy when they know they get to go to doggy daycare! Our dogs always come home in the evenings exhausted from their fun-filled day of playing. The price is definitely fair for the high quality service provided. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a safe, cageless, clean, well managed, fun place...
